    Window installation

    I had a fantastic experience dealing with Big City Windows. Every interaction I had with the staff was a positive one. They were professional, helpful and guided me through the process of replacing my 130 year old windows. The new windows are beautiful and high quality. The time between the windows being finished and being installed was 3 days! I highly recommend this company for all your window needs.

    Windows install

    The hole process from the start has been great and the installation was exceptional,good work from Trevor the sales rep. and Chris with his install crew thanks.

    Patio door

    The service was great. The gentlemen who installed my patio door were polite, they tidied after themselves, and they got the job done in a timely manner. One of the items to go with the door was missing (child safety lock) and they fixed it right away, got it shipped same day and booked an appointment with me to get it installed right away. I ended up putting my name in a drag, and got 50 percent off the installation of my door and I couldn't be more satisfied with this company!! Thank you!

    excellent window installation

    windows exceeded my expectation with 3 locks to seal a large sliding window securely and also 3 latching points to securely seal the casement windows, all with triple pane windows making the house very comfortable. The large window was a challenge for the installers to carry and lift into place due to the weight but they did a excellent job with the installation eliminating the cold I felt around the previous window. The patio door was resized from an oversized to a standard sized door but the trim they used and the flashing on the outside made it look like it was always this size. The trim they used was a beautiful choice about 4 inches wide all around but fit with the other trim. I would highly recommend this Big city windows for new windows

    New main entrance door

    From the first appointment when Athena came and provided me with a quote to final installation it was a great experience. Athena had so many pictures and samples and was to the point. Each time I emailed her to follow up on the status of the order she responded in a very timely manner . I was given a weeks notice with the installation date. The installer arrived right on time .i highly recommended. Thank you Athena for your honest and professionalism Thanks to The Big City Doors and Windows

    Knowledgeable Staff, and High Quality Product

    Extremely satisfied in my choice of window supplier for my project. We worked with Alissia to design and build our dream Windows and doors and she really went the extra mile to ensure we understood and chose the right products for our home. The quality from Big City is impeccable, we truly could not find anything comparable when it comes to product. We are satisfied with our choice to work with Big City Windows from the initial consultation right through to the installation. Workmanship was 5 stars!!

    Great Product, Great Installation and Great Service

    Employees were helpful at all stages: from check measure, purchase, delivery and installation. Received the patio doors in the time indicated. Installation was professional and clean up was amazing! Their pricing was great! I would recommend Big City Windows and Doors for anyone that is looking for this service. You will not be disappointed.

    Door installation

    Excellent service. Installers were professional, personable and very thorough. They arrived on time and installed both of my entrance doors with wonderful results. My house is on the older side and they overcame any issues expertly. Highly recommend, especially if you get these guys!!!

    Windows and flashing

    Discovered Big city windows at the Ottawa spring cottage show, requested a site visit and Colin was over the same week. Estimate was done that day, and whatever concerns I had was explained. Thank you Colin and to the great crew who completed the job. GL

    Front door and grage door replacement

    From start to finish, a great experience with Big City Windows and Doors. Igor was most helpful in guiding us through the selection process and the results are bang on. Everything was done on time and as promised. What struck me the most was the attention to detail during the installation process. The existing trims were carefully removed and the doors removed while cleaning up as they went. New doors installed with level precision and double checked before finalizing. Foam insulation carefully applied to ensure all cavities filled. Trims re-installed and caulking inside and out with attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and installer showed me the doors functions ensuring I was comfortable with everything. All in all, a great experience and highly recommend Big City Windows and Doors for your home renovations. Shout out to Mary as well for her guidance.
