The 1” x 1” 16-gauge galvanized hardware cloth installed at the vent is a heavy-duty wildlife exclusion material designed to prevent entry while maintaining ventilation. It is the same material we routinely use for vents and other wildlife entry points. The scope of work and materials were discussed and agreed upon before completion, and the agreed-upon service was provided. We have not received the messages referenced regarding this concern. Had we received them, we would have been happy to discuss the issue. We stand behind our work. If the material is loose, damaged, or compromised, we are willing to address it. However, requesting a different or heavier material than originally agreed upon would be outside the original scope. We remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns professionally.

Our crews are instructed to thoroughly clean the work area upon completion, and we always make every effort to remove any materials associated with the job before leaving the property. However, we were not made aware of this concern before this review and were not provided with any photos or information about the object. Without seeing it, we cannot determine whether it was related to our work. Had we been contacted directly, we would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate and address your concerns.
