Ken really knows his stuff and is a super great guy to deal with. He was able to quickly assess and diagnose the situation and come up with a solution which was a one-way exit for our 'visitors' to leave. He returned as promised to remove the door and seal up the problem. In addition we also added some additional work based on his recommendation. 5 stars!Answer from pro:

Ken was prompt and professional in dealing with my raccoon in the Attic. He installed a one way door, repaired my damaged shingles, and returned a week later to finish off the job as promised. He was also very reasonably priced compared to some of the other companies who quoted me. Highly recommended and would use him again in the future.Answer from pro:

From start to finish this experience was great! I was able to discuss my concerns and get an estimate first. Ken was extremely knowledgeable on the repairs needed and removal of racoons. He came early which worked out well as there was quite a bit of work to be done. He had all of the equipment required for the job and was focused on getting it done in a timely manner.
