    Small animals pest control (squirrel, raccoon & possum): Detached h...
    We had been hearing scratching in our chimney for a few months and we’re getting concerned the animals might get into the house. Gotcha Wildlife was the third company I spoke with, but they offered a more secure solution to our problem, not just removal of the animal. Ken was very communicative and explained a follow up visit as well as installing a one way trap door which made a lot of sense so the animals couldn’t get back into the chimney. One of the best people I’ve hired here on homestars. Highly recommended

    Critters in roof

    Great communication. Very knowledgeable on what could be in the roof. Used Gotcha twice as they keep coming back. Ken closed off the remaining entry points.

    Pest control

    We had a problem with rodents and nesting birds in roof overhang. Ken will come back as often as necessary until the problem is rectified. Always punctual, in uniform, and reliable. He takes pride in his work.

    Half done job

    Damage to the corner of the roof was not well addressed. The steel wire put there didn't even cover half of the hole--which was up to 3/4" at the worst spot and was over two feet long. So it only kept out large rodents. I get that they aren't renovators, but they shouldn't have left it like that.

We did return and secure hole successfully and did offer additional prevention and exclusion measures which you DECLINED. We can only cover so much of your roof with basic removal service/materials and this is why we offer additional coverage. We have not heard back from you regarding any ongoing issues with wildlife in your roof, it seems like we did solve your wildlife issue and you do have a 3 year guarantee with the work. If you feel like the work or materials have been breached please call us to have it repaired. We strongly recommend securing roof against wildlife for all suggested areas which will prevent you from having any wildlife issues In the future.

    Raccoon mom and babies removal

    I was pleased with Ken & helper. They showed up the next day after I called. They were professional and explained the what was needed to be done to evict my raccoon attic housemates. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Excellent service

    We had a problem with mice in the attic. Ken came the next day and inspected and treated our attic, and answered all the questions we had regarding pests and insects around our home. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

    So incredibly satisfied

    There was a dead skunk under my front porch. I called Gotcha Wildlife on Wednesday and they cam e bright and early the next day. Ken the owner operator told me what they needed to do and the deed was done in a flash. They removed the skunk, cleaned and sanitized the area and installed a screen preventing other creatures entering. Honestly they were stellar. I was incredibly grateful so thankful. Kens son helped with the operation. He was a sweetheart. I highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife.
