    heat pump

    very satisfied with prompt appointment date and excellent service by attendant. jamie honed in on possible issues causing my problem and worked quickly and effectively. he communicated his findings throughout the service in a professional way. i was comfortable to ask any questions and he answered all concerns thoroughly. he resolved the problem and offered to communicate with our property manager to advise their role in preventing future occur rences.

    Furnace fix

    Technician was excellent. The person answering the phone booking the calls was more interested in telling me the rules and collecting a $500 deposit than asking me the problem. I must have called 3 to 4 times and had the same bad impression of the company each time. I had to use this company because of the building I am in otherwise I would have taken my business else where. Giving me a time frame of 9 to 5 also was brutal. This person needs to be much nicer and not tell the customer she needs money before booking a call. Very uncaring

    Furnace Repairs

    The Service Technician was very Though in his Analysis of the Problem and very efficient in replacing the parts. Recommended replacing a Part that was probably about to need replacement. My only concern was how the company handled the Cost by splitting it into two parts. I was expecting that there would be only one Charge to my Credit Card.

    Excellent Service

    My HVAC unit was making a thumping noise after the heat turned off. I was able to have a service call scheduled in a very short time. Excellent service provided by technician (Jamie), who resolved the problem but also took the time to explain the problem & what he fixed.

    HVAC system for condo

    I spent a considerable amount of money on a new cooling system for my condo, approximately 1.5 years later it stopped working due to a welding issue. I felt this company (or its supplier) did not stand behind the work, and make it right. I paid another $3000 for a new compressor and manpower to fix it. I tried to rectify the situation with them, but they felt if the supplier did not feel it was their issue, than that was the end of things. I would strongly recommend watching for warranties on equipment and work.

    Hello Kimberly, Thank you for your feedback below. We are sorry that the manufacturer was not able to honour the repairs as the 1 year warranty on your HVAC equipment expired September, 2019. We always provide transparency when it comes to warranties and did advise upon proceeding with the repairs there was a risk that the manufacturer would not honour the warranty as it was outside the claim period. We did submit the claim to the manufacturer, unfortunately the manufacturer declined the request.     Emergency heat pump motor replacement

    Emergency service was performed on the weekend to replace the motor in a condo heat pump. Diagnosis and replacement of motor was performed quickly by knowledgeable technician.

    Heat pump repair in a condo apartment

    I called Thermo Cool Mechanical at 10:00 in the morning, as the heat pump stop working in my condo apartment and I had no heat. By 3:00 in the afternoon the technician had already repaired the unit. Excellent service - I fully recommend this company for the super quick response and amazing service.

    Replacing Two Thermostats and Actuator.

    The qualitative service was provided in a timely manner. Though, I find the charges are at higher end and the technician was doing his job on his own time space.

    good & speedy

    This winter my "oldie" furnace broke and Thermo Cool provided a speedy repair service. This is not the first time that use their services. The technician was quick to communicate the issue.
