    FURNACE REPLACEMENT

    I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous I received both by the lady on the service desk. The service personnel were very pleasant and went about their work very carefully. When they were finished thy made sure every thing was tidied up and clean.

    Air Conditioning Servicing

    My air-conditioner started making odd noises, and I was concerned. I was able to quickly get an appointment for servicing. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently.

    Air cooling issue

    Shane from Thermo cool corrected an issue from an earlier service call. The company treated this as a no charge warranty call. Very great full Suneal Toronto

    av repair

    our ac didn’t boot up for the summer.. we needed help fast and melissa on the phone and shane providing the repair we were good to go the next day they were both extremely courteous and professional we wouldn’t hesitate to use again tom & siobhan brewer

    Heat pump maintenance and installation of a new thermostat.

    Love this company. Have been dealing with these good people for many years. Excellent office staff and thorough service personnel. Very pleased with the way incidental challenges are handled. Wanted my thermostatic controls divided between two thermostats to reduce wear of strategic parts and they accommodated my request.

    HVAC inspection

    Jamie was thorough, professional, friendly, and very skilled. He took the time to investigate the problem from every available angle, and followed up in a very helpful way.

    Heating/Cooling Unit semi-annual maintenance

    ThermoCool service was quick and to the point. They were able to clean the unit, remove the unit and clean the base and check the water drainage, tested my heating / cooling temp of the unit. Overall the maintenance was successful. As a bonus I was given a quote and detail on the type of thermostat that I can use as a replacement for my unit (wifi /w remote thermostats).

    Water Source Heat Pump Repair

    Heat pump was not providing heat. The service tech checked the unit and diagnosed the problem quickly. The unit was sent for repairs and reinstalled. The service tech (Jamie) was most helpful.
