    Heat pump

    Very happy with the service provided. Professional and prompt service. Our heat pump was not blowing hot air and it needed to get some fixing to get it back on its feet. We now have hot air and everything is running nice and smooth. I will use this service to maintain my heat pump twice a year or if i have other issues.

    Heat pump replacement

    The ceiling-mounted heat pump in our apartment had to be replaced. Contacted Thermo Cool, they sent a technician for assessment within 2 days, confirmed that replacement was required. In 1 day received an estimate of the cost and the new unit was installed 8 days later. Very professional and prompt service.

    Heat pump maintenance

    I called Thermo Cool to look at my heat pump as it seemed to be making strange noises. The technician was great with communicating when he could come, and upon arrival, had proper protective gear. He explained things well, and made some changes to my vents to help stop the noise and improve the air flow. he gave me advice on my filters, and was courteous and helpful throughout the service.

    replacing two thermostats

    Alex, the technician, explained how the new thermostats worked. He was very clean and efficient as he went about his work.

    Service on heater in condo

    Needed to have a problem addressed regarding heat. They came quickly - explained exactly what they were doing - step by step. We decided to replace rather than repair several parts and they addressed this the next working date. Installation the day after.

    Install new heat pump

    I highly recommend, Thermo Cool Mechanical. Melissa was very helpful when arranging the installation! Alex was extremely professional, and gave a detailed explanation of everything, during the installation. I have told all my friends how pleased I am, and advised them to use Thermo Cool Mechanical, in future!

    Quick response and great service!

    Quick, easy and painless. The heater wasn’t working and a service technician came the same day and quickly found the root of the problem and resolved the issue in about 1 hour.

    Unethical Company

    Thermo Cool will take advantage of you if you are in a bad situation. They quoted me 8k for a hot water heater issue that I was having. I was desperate without hot water for 2 weeks but luckily found an honest HVAC company that came and did it for $1200. My hot water heater is working perfectly now. They also red-tagged my machine, I found out later the gas was to code and this was a tactic to try and make more money from me. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for HVAC help these people are unprofessional, rude, and will take advantage of you at any opportunity. These are all paid reviews please refer to google reviews.

    Hi Domenic, This is Mario writing you back here. You originally called our company out for a service call stating that your tankless water heater was showing and error code and not working. Upon arriving our technician found multiple code infractions and red tagged the machine. Part of the time he spent there was filling out proper paperwork regarding the red tag and the other part of our time was taking a material list to correct the problem. This unit was just installed by another company days before we were out. You hired us for a professional opinion after hiring out the job to some hacks and then you claim that your friend sorted you out for $900 on face time. Obviously your claims are false and don't add up. It is no wonder to me why our quote was too high for you. Best of luck in the future. Mario
