You originally called our company out for a service call stating that your tankless water heater was showing and error code and not working. Upon arriving our technician found multiple code infractions and red tagged the machine. Part of the time he spent there was filling out proper paperwork regarding the red tag and the other part of our time was taking a material list to correct the problem. This unit was just installed by another company days before we were out. You hired us for a professional opinion after hiring out the job to some hacks and then you claim that your friend sorted you out for $900 on face time. Obviously your claims are false and don't add up. It is no wonder to me why our quote was too high for you. Best of luck in the future. Mario
