    Humidifier

    Good service. Very expensive but probably worth it. Will continue to use your services in spite of the cost

    AC issued

    I had some issues with my AC unit so called them in. They were quick to come by which was great. The guy was really nice as well downside is that a part was communicated as $65 and then when he hands me the invoice it’s actually $95. What am I going to decline it at that point? I just felt like I was then forced to pay an additional 50% premium. The old mechanic analogy came to mind. A little disappointed about that. Otherwise good experience.

    HVAC repair

    Service man was on time, worked efficiently, was courteous and kept site clean. Scheduling the appointment and billing was also well handled.

    Heat pump service

    Technician was professional and explained what the issue was before leaving. Took necessary precautions re-COVID.

    HVAC replacement

    Alex was fantastic. Replaced the old unit. Answered all of my questions. Made sure it was running well before he left.

    Love my new Smart Thermostat

    Great job in installing my smart thermostat and honouring the price that they misquoted me. Friendly installer who took the time to show me how it worked.

    Check Furnance

    Work needed: Heating not working, and check if air conditioner is leaking. Results: Furnace was checked. Everything was fine. Turns out the gas was not turned on. Didn’t find any blockages in air conditioner.

    New thermostat, AC motor

    Needed a new thermostat and determined we needed a new motor as well for the heating/cooling unit (condo). While I may have had issues with the appointment scheduling (any time between 9-5), I appreciate the one hour call in advance. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgable, explained the options very well and very respectful (wore booties over his shoes and a mask for the entire appointment). I'd certainly use the service again.
