    HVAC - air conditioning - condo unit

    The AC of our condo unit broke down - the quest to find a professional and reliable supplier can be stressful. A friend referred us to ThermoCool and I found what I was looking for. Exceptional service: spoke to someone every time I called, quickly scheduled service calls, technicians were on time and professional. I would use them again and recommend them.

    Fan coil unit repair

    Great job. Serviced my unit an determined the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor.

    Asked for thousands was fixed by another company for less then 200

    I was told by the trchninician that my ac unit would need to be removed and fixed off site. Was quoted thousands of dollars. Paid 180 for him to diagnose the problem and set me up for the kill. Brought in another company that tested on site and fixed for less then 200$. Stay away.

    Air Conditioning Repair

    Great service! The technician was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices with helpful advice regrading issues with my air conditioner. In times of COVID-19, they took good safety precautions and this was appreciated. I would recommend their services.

    Very helpful technician

    Technician was extremely helpful and informative. He helped me understand the reoccurring issue, and that the pipes in my building were causing repeated breakdowns of my AC unit. Thanks to him I am bringing this up with my building for reimbursement! Very happy I was given this help!

    Decent Service

    The service technician was good enough. I was "nickel & dimed" for a couple of service parts though.

    Annual service of my two heat/cooling pumps

    heat pump

    fast service good work though a little expensive hope the hating pump will work longer then a year as they warranty only for a year
