    Fan Coil Maintenance

    Very Punctual and Knowledgeable and extremely curtious Shane explained everything he was doing so we understood the need for the work to make the system more efficient and safe. During Covid we still felt safe as a Mask and social distances was used.

    Air Conditioner

    Both office staff and technician were polite. Technician explained the issue and how he repaired it. Covid protocols were followed.

    Excellent technician

    I had my floors redone so had to move out, when I returned home a week later, and my AC was not working. Called and within 24 hours, a technician was at my place and did a thorough job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure nothing was overlooked. Very happy!

    Service on Condo HVAC air conditioner

    The air conditioner was not working and the technician found there was a problem with a failed relay. He replaced the relay and got the unit working again. The booking was quick, the technician came when the office said he would, the entire experience was professional.

    Fix air conditioner leak

    Thermo cool booked spring same day . Alex was on time, very professional, explained everything to me and the job was completed in 30 min. Very happy with service and would highly recommend this company.

    Heat pump air intake issue

    Very fast and efficient service to a heated air intake issue for our heat pump. The tech took pictures of the major components incase the issue returns. Great idea that I’ve not seen before.

    AC

    My AC stopped working due to the coil was getting very heated. Also turned out to be two capacitors were weak/dead and was replaced as well. And he washed the coil with chemical as well and it worked finally. I was content with Jamie’s service
