    Air Conditioning

    It’s been 3 days since our New AC was installed so far no problems. The Service gentleman (Shane) was very professional and polite.

    Replace condo heat pump

    Old heat pump failed, received fast quote, technician arrived as per schedule. New unit installed and running in about 90 minutes. No mess left behind.

    AC service & repair

    AC fan would not shut off. Response of company was rapid, service man was efficient, explained what the problem was & fixed it. Excellent serivce.

    Preventative Maintenance Contract

    This is a service performed in Spring & Fall. They schedule the day & the technician call about 1hr. before he arrives. He wears footwear covers & the area is clean when he is finished. The people are polite & friendly & seem to know their work. We are pleased except we have to pay before the services are performed.

    semi- annual maintenance for 2 systems in a condo

    2heat pumps

    We. Have always had water put down the drain and this didn’t happen this time. Iamnot sure if this should have been done to make sure the drain was not plugged.

    HVAC AC Cutting out before desired temperature

    My unit had to be sent to the shop twice for troubleshooting. On the first visit, the control box and thermostat were replaced as it was not giving an accurate temperature reading. This did not solve the problem of the compressor cutting out prematurely, so unit was taken to the shop. When it was “fixed” and reinstalled, the same problem was encountered after about a week. The unit was taken to the shop again. The TXV valve needed adjusting as it was causing pressure buildup thus triggering the safety mechanism to shut the compressor down. Both technicians were very professional and nice. I just wonder if I never needed the control box replaced and other parts replaced, as these measures did not solve the initial problem.
