    Humidifier installation

    Installation required removing an old humidifier and installing a new humidifier. The service man, Perry, was superb. A few frustrations occurred trying to get recommendations and final quotes. I had to call back several times when promised delivery of information never arrived.

    HVAC leak

    Problem was identified and rectified on the day. A pipe that was short was sorted.

    Heat pump and thermostat replacement

    The junior technician you sent did not install properly due to a lack of experience and knowledge of the system. Due to this shortfall, the machine ran for less than a day then the thermostat did not work because of incorrect wiring. Being a weekend we had to wait 3 days without the function of the heat pump. He returned and was unable to diagnose the problem so we had to wait another day for a senior technician who found out that the bad wiring resulted in the thermostat being "fried". We expect to be compensated for this inconvenience.

    3 air conditioners all not working at the same time.

    Old tenant left our apartment without informing us that air conditioners weren’t working. New tenants moved in @ the height of the summer heat. Thermocool was recommended by our condo manager and they saved the day. All air conditioner are up and running. Communication, clear and work efficient. Bravo!

    Condo heat pump

    Our condo sends companies in twice annually but we always have Thermocool come in to do a more comprehensive service call. From what I have learned, Thermocool service people are the very best. Last year they flushed my system to remove metal shards from our old water pipes. Thermocool is the best ! Sylvia Mc

    HVAC repair

    Had previously used ThermoCool in previous apartment. Call-out turnaround time was quick and same day. Professional and courteous technician arrived and made the repair promptly and ensured was clear before leaving.

    Heat pump coil flush

    Condo heat pump service call for no cooling: Booking an appointment was quick and painless, and they were transparent about the price. The technician arrived the next morning, was thorough, and took the time to explain everything. The problem was just debris in the coil, causing the cooling to shut off. He flushed the coil and now my place is cool and comfortable again. The cost was reasonable -- about 25% less than another company charged for the same service.

    Installation of Daicon HVAC system in condo.

    The installation looks good, the drywall repair looks good................but I can't comment on how the system actually works because I have not moved into the condo which is currently getting some renos done. Once I move in and experience the efficiency of the system I may change my rating to "5's".

    Dryer vent fan repair.

    Thermo cool arrived when they said they would. maintained excellent but appropriate levels of communication. The technician was courteous, pleasant, and efficiently fixed the problem and, from what it appears, did an excellent job! I did find the overall price somewhat high.

    Air Conditioning Repair

    I scheduled an appointment with Thermo Cool Mechanical. The person I spoke to was friendly and efficient. The technician arrived on time, was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me through what the problem was, proceeded to fix the issue and testing the unit. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend Thermo Cool Mechanical.
