    Fan coil repair

    The technician arrived promptly and provided same day service. He was very considerate and had boot liners on and tarped off the floor to avoid making any messes. He was very knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the is underlying issue perfectly so I could understand what the problem was. One of the best service companies I’ve we deal with.

    Repair of heat pump in condo unit

    Technician diagnosed and fixed my non-functional heat pumps. Technician was polite and competent, repaired and tested the units and they are running fine. I've used Thermo Cool for over a decade now, and will again if the need arises.

    heat pump check

    professional and informative service. i have had many previous problems with my heat pump. jamie checked all functions, made adjustments and restored my confidence that all was working well.

    HVAC repair

    No heat or AC from unit. Spent 1.5 hrs testing the unit insuite, had to take the unit to the shop for further testing. Was a leak in the coils which was replaced.

    In Suite Fan Coil Repair

    On time, courteous and very quickly assessed what the problem was and repaired it. Very impressed!

    HVAC service (heat pump)

    We had a mysterious burning smell in our condo, and worried it might be our 1yr old heat pump. Thermocool sent a technician to check it out and confirmed it was likely not our heat pump (phew). I was very impressed at the level of service - Jamie listened carefully to my explanation of the situation and was very knowledgable of the type of unit we have. He was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain all the different things he was testing to ensure no stone was left unturned. I checked my records after he left and it turns out he was one of the technicians who installed it last year! He's an absolute gem, now proven twice over. I'm so glad I called Thermocool - I've only ever had positive experiences with their technicians and will definitely call again should I ever need HVAC service in the future.

    HVAC

    heat not working...discovered wrong programming from thermostat. Then came back a little later to install new thermostat at now charge for service.

    Heat pump

    Heat pump in need of repair. More costly than first indicated by serviceman who diagnosed problem.

    No water flow to humidifier

    Jamie was the technician. He was knowledgeable, neat and a gentleman. He has to return with a part which I understand. Thank you.
