    Replace furnace in living room

    Alex arrived later than I had scheduled the appointment but he explained that he had to test the machine first before leaving the workshop. Alex did a great job no mess or damage. He checked all before he left. An excellent technician. After he left and when sitting in the living room we find the new furnace noisier than the previous one. We have indicated this to the receptionist today and she suggested we run it for a couple of days and then check back with you.

    Thermostat

    Great service for a new digital thermostat. On time as promised and an excellent service rep. Would highly recommend!

    Service g

    My unit’s got a problem and contacted to Thermo Cool , they are really nice and I can take the appointment for service and the technician was knowledgeable and service was fast , the only thing was the price for Sunday service which was more an $450 with tax just for coming to unit not service which I canceled it . Thanks .

    Heater

    This company takes a deposit of $500 before they send out a technician. Is this a usual practice? The technician did a good job.

    Unethical

    I was quoted $375 plus tax since I called on sat. I agreed to the amount The guy came litterally spend 40 mins saying I need to change my 4 furnaces. Which for sure was going to be more than 10 grands. Thermocool was supposed to give me a quote. Anyways I get the invoice for 405 +tax and when I asked that this is not what I was quoted by Parry and I need a refund. Melissa was like sorry we made a mistake but no refunds. So for 25 bucks they lost someone that was going to spend more than 10 grands on their company. Don’t use them. Unethical and very unprofessional . I already found 20 other companies attached is my emails with Melissa admitting no refund despite being wrong

    Heat pump

    Technician was thorough and explained everything as he conducted examination. Done in one hour and no parts needed.

    The contractor called an-hour in advance before arrival, and provided good service and follow up.

    Fixed furnace

    My furnace broke on an extreme cold alert evening. Thermacool was very helpful in showing up that evening. The service technician was professional, neat and helpful.

    Fixing heating in apartment

    This company was easy to get in contact with and their technicians were super kind, and helpful. They had me heat running in under an hour and even pet my scared puppy who hasn't had much socialization since the pandemic. I will say that this company is a little pricy, however the work that they do it worth the price as its done right!

    Replace Fan on Heat Pump

    Shane was very pleasant young man to talk to. He completed the work and got the heat pump working again.
