Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job, they were extremely efficient and did everything as promised. I knew I could trust Ryan from the first time he came to meet us and he saw our back step was crooked and offered to fix it on the spot before even giving us a quote.

We reached out to New Look Landscapes based off of Home Star reviews and now I am grateful I had the idea to not limit my search to Google. After extensive searches and few quotes from as highly recommended companies as New Look, I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found Ryan and his crew. He is the kind of person you will trust from first encounter and without knowing him; at least that is how I felt when he came to give us a quote. He loves what he does, he is very talented, very practical and very honest. He will point out how you could save money, and the quality of work is exceptional and very cost effective. It is the second year we are using his talents and we would strongly recommend Ryan to anyone who is seeking to beautify their property. We recently had the pleasure of working with New Look Landscaping to add a brick patio to our backyard. From the responsiveness and attention to detail to the quality of work, every aspect of their service exceeded our expectations. New Look came recommended to me from a coworker and I have since referred him to neighbours and friends. Ryan and his team were great to work with, from iterating design plans to the final work. They stayed on the job until it was complete and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The patio stones under a new hot tub look fantastic and new trees really provide privacy in the backyard. Ryan made some thoughtful suggestions along the way and was conscious of costs of various options for us. Would use New Look again for any future jobs.

Actual rating for Ryan and New Look is 15/10! Our backyard was an incredible challenge and Ryan took it on without hesitation. He listened to our desires for the space and guided us very professionally through the entire process. Ryan and crew demolished and removed two large structures; materials were removed in an organized manner and clean-up was excellent every day. They then created our beautiful 600 sq ft tiled patio, laid sod and created some flower beds. We love the patio and our backyard space. They even came back to help us out this year! Thank you so much to Ryan and crew. We would hire Ryan and New Look again in a heartbeat and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ryan did an absolutely amazing job and transformed our yard! He was knowledgeable and responsive, and despite the more than normal amount of rain we were getting in June, he still managed to complete the project on time and on budget. Ryan was also very practical and never tried to "sell" more expensive products or services when a lower cost product would suffice. In addition, Ryan also did not hesitate to came over to fine adjust our sprinkler system after the installation. I would highly recommend Ryan!

We had a totally positive experience with Ryan and New Look Landscapes from conception to completion of our project. Our project included a backyard stone patio, plus front and back gardens with decorative concrete curbing. Ryan gave us several options on what to do, as well as ideas on how to save money. Ryan did what he promised, on schedule and on budget. We continually get compliments on the work done from family, friends and even strangers. We had an old patio removed and replaced, patio stones laid along the side of the house, an old broken gate post removed and replaced with a new gate, and irrigation installed in the front lawn. Ryans quote was similar to others we received, but we immediately chose to work with Ryan because he answered our questions thoughtfully and gave us his opinions and suggestions for how to achieve the look we wanted, and we are very happy with how the project turned out! I found Ryan after other landscapers came and quoted, misquoted and decided to hike the price (at least double) I was fed up and didn't even want to do the landscaping but then my friend told me about Ryan. My friend reffered him to me and I'm so glad she did! He was so pleasant to work with and the kindest person ever. Super easy to talk to and very professional. I am the type of person to have a lot of questions, too many sometimes, and he never got annoyed and always answered me. The work that was done is amazing and I am so so so thrilled.
