Impressive, professional, and honest. Our experience with Ryan was exceptional. When we first reached out for a quote, Ryan was at our house the next day. Our first impressions were this is the guy for the job. His quote was right in our budget and when we made changes part way through, he bent over backwards and made it happen. When we faced delays with our pool contractors, Ryan was coming out to our house to check on progress and assure us that he was going to get the job done this year and he DID! He came on Thanksgiving weekend to finish up the pathway and even postponed his hand surgery by a week to finish our backyard just an amazing individual who takes pride in his reputation and looks after his clients. He is even coming back in the spring to make sure we are happy with the work and to make sure nothing has shifted before we make our final payment. That is unheard of in this industry, this is why Ryan is the best! We would highly recommend New Look Landscapes for any landscaping project, you will not be disappointed.

We wanted to upgrade our backyard entertaining area and called New Look Landscapes to discuss our project. Ryan worked with us to design the best fit for the space. The New Look Landscapes crew came and demolished our old deck and built us the perfect paver area to suit our needs, including a paver window well! We had recently moved into a new build and had to complete the landscaping for our front and back yard. Starting with a blank canvas it was a little intimidating trying to determine the layout. Ryan took the time to sit with us to help figure out how we would like to use the space and what we could do while staying cost effective. Amazing Work! Ryan is a true professional. Shows up, works hard, and the work quality is amazing. He was upfront and honest with pricing and his prices are better than anyone in calgary. This project was delayed due to weather and complicated that two other trades needed to do work in the middle of the project. Ryan was adaptable and most importantly easy to get a hold of to coordinate schedules. Our project consisted of removing an old concrete patio and installing a new 500sqft paver patio (including regrading the ground below) excavating two large garden beds and adding sod in the back yard. Ive recommended them to everyone who asks and will be using them again for multiple projects.

Ryan and his team did a great job. Ryan was very responsive and managed to schedule us quickly. He built a stone pad for us and put stone on the side of our house. Ryan and his team worked fast and efficient. They went above and beyond so we couldnt enjoy our backyard this summer!!

We removed a huge spruce tree from the front of our house. We contacted New Look Landscaping and Ryan responded right away and was able to come quickly to look at our project. In the process of removing our spruce tree our underground sprinkler system was damaged. We thought we would need to replace the whole underground sprinkler system but Ryan took a look at it figured out the problem and not only did he fix it but he also made it better so that it covered more yard saving us money on a new underground sprinkler system. We knew that we needed new sod and that we wanted to add additional landscaping but we really didnt know what we wanted. Ryan took the time to listen to us on what we hoped to accomplish and he was able to make suggestions and come up with a plan that really worked for our front yard. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with and were able to fit us in between other projects so our project was completed quickly and on budget. We will be contacting New Look Landscaping in the future to help us transform our backyard.
