Chris was great and my stove is working again. He was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be with the price - it cost $235 for 30 minutes of work. I feel like $125-$150 would have been a fair price. Had I had known the cost, I probably would have shopped around a bit more.

Two visits were needed because the part had to be ordered. The work was done approx. a week later by Mike. He replaced the part, tested that the machine worked as it should and explained what had caused the problem. His efficiency and pleasant manners were much appreciated.

Jason came and checked out the problem. Since he didn't have the part with him, he checked to see if he could get it that morning at a supplier close by. It was available, he left to get and arrived back in a short space of time, installed it and the washer was good to go. I have used this company about a year ago and the service and professionalism were great both times. Thank you, Jason.

The door latch no longer closed properly and needed to be replaced. Chris came with all the right parts and with care got the door latch lined up and working. I called a few different companies because I had six people coming to stay and the dishwasher was going to be used hard. Repair Care responded first, checked to see if they had the part in their system before ordering it and did everything when they said they would.

Mike came twice...once to review my current noise making dishwasher...and then to install a new one. Very pleased with the service from this company and the service person (Mike)...knowledgable personable and very customer oriented. I feel I got very good price and service...would highly recomend based on my experience.

The repairman did a great job. He was quick with his repairs. Works very well. Not pleased that i was promised an AM job, but the repairman was sent to another location first, causing him to arrive 1 hour late. Also, had to wait a few extra days for the repair to complete than originally expected because the part took longer than expected to be delivered, but at least I was called before the day of the appointment which was much appreciated.

Jason showed up and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our washer and gave me lots of information on the unit, which was new to me as it came with the house I just purchased. Very impressed with the service.

I had never used Repair Care Appliance Repair before. I feel lucky that i called them when I had a problem with my fridge/freezer. Their serviceman was courteous and was able to explain to me what had caused the freezer to become warm and stop working. A new part was was ordered and installed. Thanks to Repair Care, the appliance is now working as it should. Couldn't be happier. i would recommend this company to anyone.

It was the drain pup that went on the washer, mykola explained how to prevent it from happening again and how to clean the washer as well. Overall satisfied with service.

I was in the middle of doing laundry and noticed no heat coming from my dryer. Then it made a loud noise and stopped working. I called for a tech at 11:30 and they arrived before 12:30. Our tech's name was Wahid and he was very fast, professional and personable. The problem was fixed in under an hour and the cost was affordable. He is a great representative of your company and we are satisfied customers!
