Reply created 27 Jul 2016I am sorry you are not happy with the service, the reason the part wasn't installed is that you decided not to repair it, As with most companies special order parts deposits are non refundable. We would have been happy to do the repair, but you chose not to. Our Tech would never had taken a part deposit then advised you not to fix it. But again sorry you didn't let us assist you

Reply created 12 Jul 2016I am sorry you had a bad experience but there were extenuating circumstances in your case that through no fault of ours your fridge could not be repaired. We tried every fix with your consent and approval. Sorry we could not fix it.
