    LG dryer

    Omri, service man, showed up on time, very clean personally as well when doing the repair. I needed a new motherboard, which I was fortunate enough to have LG supply under warranty. I paid the initial service charge of $95 plus taxes. Omri returned to install new part. It cost $189 plus taxes. I feel that was a bit excessive for under an hour. However I will say that Dennis, customer service manager, was understanding and extremely courteous although he said he couldn't do anything about the charges. I will use REPAIR CARE again if and when necessary.

    Samsung refrigerator

    Excellent. The repair man took the fridge apart,cleaned it up,defrosted the blocked outlet on rear of the fridge,removed ice on the fridge floor on the inside. He left no mess behind him.

    Fridge repair

    Two fridges to repair. Work is very thorough The repair men appear very professional and competent but service time is very slow We waited approx 3-4 days the first time. Almost 2 weeks the second time and I'm still waiting for my ice maker

    The tech was great friendly and the appliance was repaired quick and at a great price

    Dishwasher Repair - Do no use this company

    My Jenn Air dishwasher had a small leak. I called Repaircare and a service technician came by to diagnose the problem and determined I will need to replace the intake valve. As he did not have the part on hand he will need to order the part and requested that I pay half for the labour ($107.32) and part ($136.09) for the repair. About a week later he returned with the part but was unable to complete the repair as he discovered that the dishwasher had another problem (pump). At this point he advised it is no longer economical to repair the dishwasher. He said I should be able to obtain a refund as the repair job never took place. I brought this up with the company to request at least a refund for the part portion since I had paid half of it already but the part was never installed or used. They refused my request outright without a an explanation. A terrible and unfair customer experience and will not recommend using this company for any appliance repair.

    I am sorry you are not happy with the service, the reason the part wasn't installed is that you decided not to repair it, As with most companies special order parts deposits are non refundable. We would have been happy to do the repair, but you chose not to. Our Tech would never had taken a part deposit then advised you not to fix it. But again sorry you didn't let us assist you

    Fridge repair

    Nic did a great job! He was very professional and did the repair on a Saturday.

    Lack of communication

    Based on reviews we booked for a dishwasher repair. The 1st appt went well and we paid in advance and booked the next appt in advance. No show - had to call them to confirm. The repairman says he does not know why we were not on his schedule. 5 days later we finally hear back from Ontario head office that the part we need is in. Book an appt for Sunday night - no show again. Not even a call. We called and left a message - no call back. Complete lack of respect for customer time and patience. Stay local if you can.

    Fixing our fridge

    It says that they do same day services not true: the guy came three times and it has been 10 days that our fridge is not working. We payed 800$ to replace a part and still not working and when we asked for a refund they said sorry we can t so that. Extreamly disappointed with the service and with the way the coustumor service replied.

    Dishwasher repair

    Our LG dishwasher mysteriously stopped working. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and problem solved!! I am glad I chose to have it repaired than to find a new dishwasher. Do not hesitate to call this company for a job well done.

    Washer and dryer repair

    Very satisfied with the repair and the service tech. He identified the problems in short order and when the parts finally came he did the repair in a timely manner .
