    washing machine repair

    Lovely quick service. Replaced my pump and showed me how to clean out the filter to prevent this from happening again. Wonderful people

    Repair of ice Maker

    Jesse the Technician who came to repair our ice maker in our refrigerator, was efficient, polite, quick, reliable and did a great job! He also checked the new ice maker to make sure everything was in order. If needed, we would certainly contact Repair Care!

    Gas oven & broiler not working

    My oven & broiler had not been working, with the ignitors replaced both are working well. The technician was very informative. He showed me the problem. Brian also advised me of something I was not aware, the overhead fan should be on when oven is being used to dissipate the carbon monoxide. There is no warning on "Kitchenaid" owners manual to this. I advised my sister who owns the same model as mine. There was no mess left behind when he finished.

    Dishwasher repair.

    staff were friendly and courteous. Got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them in the future.

    Dishwasher install

    Informative and takes thier time mikael was very good! Took the time to sit and play with the puppy for a few seconds even! Just found the cost of installation very pricey!

    washer leaking

    the technician was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I saw what was wrong and what was required to fix it. nick was a very good representative of the company and I was confident in his ability to remedy the problem.

    Dryer repair

    I can't say enough good things about the Technician that came to our house. He was knowledgeable, offered excellent customer service and took the time to explain things to us. The reason why my rating is low is directed at the company itself, I found the costs to be extremely expensive and it took twice as long as they originally estimated for our parts to come in. We literally could have bought a new dryer for the cost to fix ours, and probably should have.
