Reply created 28 Jul 2016We are sorry for your inconvenience, unfortunately when the technician diagnosed and repaired the first problem , the second underlying problem presented itself, there were lots of shorts and wires loose in the electronics and I understand your mainboard caught fire and was badly damaged ,it It was not possible to detect the second faulty board without the first repair as in order to test the components they all have to be in working order. I appreciate your frustration with the cancellations. All of our suppliers use purolator and they are overwhelmed ever since Canada post threatened to strike https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/purolator.ca . There would have been no point in keeping those cancelled appointments without the part to install. I also understand that your dishwasher was repaired successfully. We do apologize for the delays with circumstances beyond our control and do appreciate your frustration and hope we addressed your concerns
