I placed a call to the company and that evening Brandon stopped by on he's way home to assess what needed to be done. My husband and I had decided on a High Efficiency Carrier Air-conditioner and the following day we received a quote with an outline of work to be done from the company. In comparison to the two other companies I had researched, the cost at Hargrave Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was the most competitive As committed, Brandon and he's team arrived promptly the following week to install the Air Conditioner, They did an incredible job with the installation, respectful to the garden area and completing the work in a timely manner . Brandon took the time to go over the product, its features and warranties, At the time of the air conditioner installation, the govt was issuing a rebate for installing high efficiently units to homeowners and the staff at Hargrave Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. assisted in completing the application ensuring that we received the rebate within a timely manner. At the time of the air conditioning installation we did have a discussion around purchasing a new Humidifier in the Fall, Brandon diarized, followed-up and last month we had Hargrave Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. back to install our new Humidifier, Once again, the customer service was excellent, I find Brandon and he's team to be professional, knowledgable and diligent in their work, they go above and beyond the work to ensure customer satisfaction. Date of removal and installation was on time and same day. Workmen were very couteous, well spoken at all times. No vulgarities. 1 plumber, 2 electrician follow-up for small refinements.
