We had a new Heat Pump , tankless water heater and furnace installed. We were very happy with their service. We were very impressed with Tim’s excellent technical expertise. Tim answered all our queries very well and provided a complete and clear quote. Janet was very helpful and prompt. Steve and all the technicians were very helpful and did an outstanding job. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim extremely capably replaced my AC with a recently developed 2 ton cold climate air source heat pump on my gas furnace for a government grant, which almost covered the cost. I have had the heat pump for over a year now. The heat pump alone has been able to keep the house at 24C even when the outside temperature dipped to about 0F. The heat pump ran at lower temperatures but the room temperature was slowly dropping and the gas furnace took over. See the attached figure for its coil maximum air temperature rises or drops as a function of outdoor temperature. The area in front of the heat pump became quite slippery during the winter. They also did a great job cleaning up the dirt they tracked in.

They had done full furnace/ac/ water tank/ humidifier at one house great success. Second house upgrade to humidifier plus found bad install on fresh to drip condensation on control switch. Issue resolved great tech service
