    Window Well

    We recently hired Direct Waterproofing to complete a window well installation, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jack, the project manager, was highly professional, organized, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. Walter and Roman, the crew who handled the job, were skilled, efficient, and friendly. They completed the work on time and left the area clean and tidy. The quality of the workmanship was great, and we couldnt be happier with the results. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. We highly recommend Direct Waterproofing!

    Foundation Crack

    I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done to seal a foundation crack that originated from my basement window well. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Jack for your coordination !

    Basement Leakage

    Terry and his crew were exceptional. From the first visit where Terry did an estimate and gave us options, it was clear he was not trying to push the higher cost. We chose the higher cost based on hearing Terry's professional opinion. He was kind, courteous and responsive. All texts and emails were replied within 24 hours. The crew that came were very friendly, kind, helpful and respectful. The job took 2 days and they were very neat and tidy. You could hardly tell they dug into our front garden beds. I just found Direct Waterproofing online and had no connection and I am exceptionally impressed by their customer service and the completed work.

    basement foundation crack

    Our basement foundation crack involved removing part of our outside deck. Had consulted many other companies to estimate the job. Fortunately, terry provided the most comprehensive plan to repair the crack. His men were able to remove and replace several deck joists to complete the job. many other companies would not remove and replace the joists unless they were "sistered".This was not a solution. Most importantly, terry provided, what i thought to be, a very reasonable quote. I have had a few contacts with contactors this year and i am happy to say that my research paid off when I contacted terry. He would be the ONLY COMPANY I WOULD CONTACT for future problems and would strongly suggest that others do the same.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Terry and his team (Roman and Walter) were highly recommended by a family friend. Very professional and transparent with the job. He explained the work needed to be done and consulted with me before taking on additional work needed. They also helped in permit applications and rebate submissions. They are very fast and clean with the work that they do. I would hire them again for any job.

    Excellent service

    I reached out to Terry after our August rain storm, which caused significant water intrusion in our crawl space and basement bathroom. Terry responded quickly, assessing the situation and outlining the necessary repairs. His team arrived shortly after and installed a subpump in our crawl space, along with additional work to ensure the area was secure. They also waterproofed our bathroom, doing an excellent job overall. I was impressed by the crew's friendliness, work ethic, and attention to detail. Terry himself is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services to anyone facing similar issues.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Excellent attention to detail, great communication

    Terry, Jack and crew were excellent. They had to delay the start of our small project because of unprecedented rain/flooding in the area (we, thankfully, were not affected by those.) Terry was great letting us know and working around our needs too The project went smoothly, and very quickly. After they finished, you can barely tell they were here. Fabulous workers, great communication. HIGHLY recommend.
