    Full basement waterproofing

    Jack was excellent and provided all the information about what we required, was clear about when the work would take place, and provided excellent service and follow-up. We would definitely recommend their service.

    Basement leak fix

    Finally decided to fix basement leak. Hired Jack and crew. Thorough and professional job. Would hire again. But hopefully wont need them again.

    Excellent work

    What a pleasure it has been to deal with Direct Basement and Waterproofing. From the initial consultation with Greg to the actual work with Terry in charge and his crew of hard-working men, the work was completed professionally and efficiently. Terry was always available to answer questions or check on the work, and I have nothing but the highest praise for him and the workmen. Highly recommend Direct Waterproofing.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Terry and his team came by to take care of our flooding issues by waterproofing our exterior wall. His team worked fast and efficient completing the job in a single day. Terry was professional and was trusted immediately with this job. He explained the job and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended to satisfy all of your waterproofing needs.     Interior Waterproofing

    Would highly recommend Direct Waterproofing. Terry and his crew were professional, worked fast and did a great job. Fair pricing for interior waterproofing- sump pump and bench installation. Terry took the time to explain all of our questions. We plan to use them again to install a back flow valve.

    Interior Waterproofing, Sump Pump with Battery Backup Installation

    Nick and Vasyl did a very good job. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service and communication

    We just had an exterior waterproofing done. Direct was great from start to finish. Greg spent a lot of time with us explaining the options and deciding together the best plan. They started right on time and although the work took longer than anticipated they honoured the quote. The guys worked hard and did a terrific job. Terry, the supervisor, was excellent at communicating all throughout the work, paying attention to our concerns and questions and making sure everything was done properly. And the crew cleaned up really carefully at the end of every day and at the end of the job. We were very pleased with the whole process.

    Exterior 7 foot waterproofing

    On August 31, 2024, Jack, Nick, and Vasil came out to waterproof an exterior foundation/basement wall that had developed a leak due a rod hole. Jack answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Nick and Vasil worked hard, and I made sure to give them drinks during the warm day. I was pleased that they added the proper amount of gravel on the weeping tile and applied Acqua-Bloc all the way up to the brick. While the real test will be after spring thaw melts all the snow, I haven't had a leak since they did the work. The team was efficient and cleaned up the area very well afterwards. I should also mention that Jack managed to squeeze the work in for me during a very busy period, which I appreciated. The price was competitive, and final interactions with Terry to obtain the warranty certificate were pleasant and efficient. Thank you!
