    Furnace & AC replacement

    We were very satisfied dealing with this company that provides excellent quality work, great communication, and provides high value products. Staff was very professional, arrived on time and completed work in the planned window. We got exactly what we requested and paid for, no complaints. We would highly recommend them to anyone we know, and plan to use them again in the future.

    Professional on the phone, sent quote which mirrored the phone discussion. Service poeple showed up on time and very professional.

    New Furance

    Cross Heating can be trusted! They are careful---friendly--focused. Open to answer questions and willing to admit if they don't know but willing to find out. I am a grateful client!

Customer Service: went above & beyond to accommodate...an evident pride of workmanship, thorough & passionate about their jobs...well done boys ! :-) HVAC knowledge: excellent with no hesitation answering all furnace inquiries with great attention to detail & understandable explanations when asked.     Install heating/a/c unit

    The lead on this project was Adam with assistance from Hayden. They were very polite, courteous and respectful of my home and myself. They cleaned up after themselves as well as the electrician, who came in to inspect their work and to hook up the electrical part of the job. The heater on the unit works great, haven't tried the air conditioning yet (too cold).

    Furnace replacement

    The service men were prompt and friendly. They answered any questions and let me check out their work. The heaters were greatly appreciated

    New furnace installation

    Very efficient, very professional. The installation team knew what they were doing and it showed in the completed project. Highly recommend this group !!!

    Installation of furnace and hot water tank

    Communication was excellent right from the 1st call Installers were exceptional ! Clean up everything, as it was before their arrival!! I will definitely use them again!!

    New Furnace

    I was very happy with the level of service that Cross provided for us. If I needed any more work done in our house for either heating or air conditioning, I would definitely use them.
