    The fastest and most amazing service !!!

    Cross came in to look at our old ac and noticed that all the coolant had leaked out. They recommended we replace our unit with a new one rather than pay to repair. We were worried about the cost and our crazy schedule making it a longer process than we had planned. They had someone come the same day to measure our house for the new unit and pricing. We were able to sit down with Jeff and talk about all our options and prices. We ordered our unit that day and two weeks later had it installed and cooled for half the price we had expected ! I will use the team at cross for all our ac and furnace services moving forward!

    AC install

    The house I was replacing the AC unit in is 6 hours away from where I live. The team was helpful when booking the appointments to accommodate driving time. Photos were sent to give an idea, money was e-transferred and workers showed up to install a new ac unit and thermostat. The old ones were removed and the place left clean. Great company to get service from!

    Air conditioning installation with dehumidifier

    Great service, this company is dedicated to providing quality service. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and polite, very professional in ensuring the customer (me) know how to use equipment. Also a very neat and tidy installation.

    Air Condition Maitenance

    I called Cross Heating & Cooling this past week to check my air conditioner and was given my appt. for the same week! I was given a call that he was on his way on the day of service which was awesome! Dave was Very Courteous, Respectful, he was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Recommendation A+. Cross will have my business from here on!

    Heat Pump install

    We were very pleased with the conversion we had done from an oil furnace to heat pump..From the salesperson, Brody, to the installers, Ryan and Tyler, the work was done quickly and professionally....great job!!..Would definitely hire this company again!!

    A/C Replacement

    Such a clean install. The guys did a great job ensuring every detail was absolutely perfect. I was impressed with the level of detail and organization. Awesome work boys!!

    AC Yearly Service

    We have a service agreement with Cross Heating for both heating & air conditioning ($20/mth). The service rep, Brian, did a fantastic job. He showed us his report on everything he did. Brian went over each item and explained it.
