    Gas fireplace service & cleaning

    Professional, friendly and honest. Also concerned about COVID safety protocol. I requested to have a double vaxed technician be sent and at my door, he showed me his double vax certificate on his phone. I’m relieved and my fireplace is spotless again. See my before and after photos.

    Pool heater check

    I called for a service call on my pool heater and had a service technician come out in 2 days. Really one day as I called late in the day. He was prompt, courteous and observed all Covid-19 protocols. In 1/2 hour or so he had diagnosed the issue, attempted a quick repair with the proviso that it was just temporary and may not last the day. He had my invoice in my inbox within 15v minutes.

    Great service

    I had concerns about venting of our pool heater. Summers and Smith sent Scott out immediately and he showed me and explained exactly what the problem was. The parts were ordered and Scott was back to install everything within 3 days so that we could enjoy our pool for the long weekend. Great experience from beginning to end.

    Lennox iComfort Thermostat S30

    We have been using Summers &Smith for years. We are very happy with our original purchase of full our HVAC system and ongoing service & annual maintenance. The staff and service has bee great!

    AC & furnace not working

    Zack called to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would arrive a little early this day. L Covid precautions observed and botties used to avoid outdoor boots bringing in any dirt. Zack was professional and knowledgeable and easily diagnosed the problem and explained the problem in laymen’s terms . Zack then made a timely repair and checked the system to ensure it was in proper working order. Friendly and polite very satisfied all around with the service.

    Great Service

    Have been using this company for several years - they came in for my annual maintenance and inspection and found a coolant leak in the air conditioner. That required a return visit - the technician was terrific. Gave very professional advice and was focused on being cost effective for me, rather than trying to push me into the most expensive option. I have been with this company for several years and highly recommend them.

    Air conditioner stops working in heat wave

    Temperature in house started going during a very hot period. Summers & Smith provided severl options. One was their same day after hours urgnet service. Available technician called back and could come in 10 minutes. Asked questions to understadn what we were experiencing, zeroed in quickly and diagnosed the issue which could be fixed on the spot which he did promptly. The temperature started coming down over the next few hours. The AC unit is aging and he advised what to look for and the typical costs to repair depending what breaks down. Extremely happy with responsiveness, service and advise.

    Pool Heater and Furnace service

    Pool heater was not working and we arranged for Summers & smith to fix the heater and do regular maintenance on the furnace A/C. They moved up the appointment to get the heater working so we could use the pool earlier and showed up on time. It turns out the pool heater needed a new pilot/starter assembly. They re-arranged the schedule of the technician so he could go back to the shop and get the parts. He then came back, installed the new parts, got the heater going and did the regular service on the furnace at the same time. Great, friendly and responsive service at a fair price.

    HVAC repair

    The company was very quick to respond to my enquiry, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician arrived when scheduled, completed the work required, and was very clear in communicating the issues. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

    AC Maintenance
