    Great service!

    We continue to receive great service from this firm. They installed our furnace five years ago and were the only firm we asked for a quote that identified a potentially dangerous situation with venting. That alone guaranteed our business! The service techs are pleasant and knowledgeable and their price to service is reasonable.

    HVAC

    Over 20 years in Aurora Summers and Smith have serviced our A/C, furnace and fireplace. They are consistently on time, on budget, courteous and they clean up after their work.

    Gas leak correction

    We had a minor gas leak by the stove that was intermittent. However with some effort they found that the flex hose to the stove would leak only if it was in a certain position. They also found that the original install of the feed line was not quite right and should be corrected for the future. Careful team and kept covid protocols for our protection.

    New furnace and a/c

    Kevin was very professional and took the time to understand our needs when quoting. Brad and Luc installed the furnace and a/c in a timely manner. They took the time to install a vent to take away the air in the family room and install a new condensate line from the furnace pump to the drain. Well done guys!

    Service call, no heat

    No flame in burner. Igniter not lighting. Within 1.5 hours from call furnace working, no parts needed. Just when you thought customer service was a thing of the past. Great job Matt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Complete heating and AC system including Ductwork

    Great Company to deal with! Dave our sales person was helpful and knowledgeable with his product for our project , they showed up on time and there people were great to work with as well . Would absolutely recommend them .

    Nothing but positive things regarding the service I've received

    Last winter (January), my older furnace died, and Summers & Smith were able to have a sales consultant at my home within 12 hours, and the old unit replaced within days. Then, at the 1 year anniversary, their technician, Matt, performed the annual check-up. Not only did he arrive right at the beginning of the scheduled 2-hr service window, he was professional, friendly, efficient and adhered to COVID protocols. He explained everything very clearly to me, and followed up within 3 days as he noticed an upgrade that was required. That took less than 1 hr to complete. Overall, I was really impressed by the technician (Matt), Michele who I spoke with to book the appointments, and going back to the initial install, Summers & Smith as a dependable company. I'm glad we're with them.

    Furnace tepair

    Summers and Smith came the same day I called. They took all the necessary Covid precautions. Everything that needed to be done was explained and when they discovered another damaged piece, I was shown what needed changing and told why. Summers and Smith has done work for me in the past and I would not consider using any other company. Thank you for always being so reliable.

    Amazing service

    We have used Summers and Smith since 2014. We have purchased both furnace and air conditioner from them, along with annual service. They are so friendly and totally professional. Their technicians are wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

    Outstanding Service

    I can't say enough about how well I was treated from my initial call to when my new furnace was installed. First class service from start to finish. My 26 year old furnace died at 5:30am Sunday. By 10:30 the on call technician arrived and confirmed my suspicion the furnace was done. 12:30 Sunday, Kevin from sales was in my basement taking measurements and providing me with an estimate and by 12:30 Tuesday we had a new furnace. Thank you to the whole team for outstanding service and professionalism. You are my hvac contractor of choice i will be certain to recommend you.
