    Excellent work and service all around

    We took down a wall and needed some ductwork relocated. Dave and his team were excellent and followed through as needed. Great job all around and would highly recommend!

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped working during the biggest snowstorm of the year. Not only did Summers & Smith take our call, but they provided excellent customer service. A technican came within the same day, called to confirm he was out & wore a mask upon entry. He quickly identified the issue, explained what had went wrong & then showed us how to problem solve it ourselves if it happens again. Would highly recommend!

    home owner

    called office/prompt service return/service man called back...set up a time / here 10minutes ahead of time / cleaned flame sensor ...took another reading....ok...suggested replacing vent motor bearing...give us a estimate on Monday/ explained everything while he worked very polite/ all is good very satisfied/ thank you....

    Condair/Nortec steam Humidifier replacement

    I always call Summers and Smith for service on my furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater AND humidifier replacement. They are the BEST company, wonderful managers, great staff and amazing workmen. They are quick, careful, clean up everything and answer ALL my questions. I know I can trust them for anything!

    Furnace break down

    Furnace broke down on Sunday response was prompt and effective. Needed parts had to wait for Monday but had a temporary solution for overnight. Very satisfied with response and the repair

    Heating, A/C & Water Heater.

    Summers and Smith installed our equipment over 5 years ago have been performing the annual inspections. Service has been great, and staff have always been friendly and professional. Recently there was an issue with the Wi-Fi thermostat which they quickly resolved.

    Installation of new furnace

    Our furnace "packed in" suddenly and we needed a replacement. After an assessment by Kevin D, we spoke to Kevin in Sales and he made recommendations regarding the purchase of a new furnace. Because we had no heat and it was October, he was able to move up our installation date. The furnace was installed by Brad and Luke who were very helpful and explained the operation of the new unit and answered all our questions. From start to finish, the whole Summers and Smith team were professional, courteous and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner.

    Botched water heater

    I will not recommend them for anything and tell all that they aren't to be considered for any work. The tech, Max, is the worst installer I have ever seen. He broke the gas fitting BEFORE turning off the gas which caused leak so I had to open up window to air out basement! Huge error and I will be calling gas license office to complain. He is not good at soldering water pipes, brutal measuring and not even close to straight, and will be corrected! Installed too close to furnace which blocked access. Came back to make adjustment and pumped water all over floor in basement when hose fell from laundry tub and I found it and quickly put in floor drain where it should have been, lucky was unfinished or huge insurance claim against them and possibly lawsuit too. A good reputation, why I was using them, has been turned into the worst experience and top of the negative list and not to be used ever again! My new furnace will be installed by different company.

I assure you that Max is a tremendously skilled technician with many years of highly regarded experience. It is my understanding that water heaters are manufactured with different measurements, hence changing the proximity to the furnace. I would also like to clear up the fact that there was never a gas leak and we had a technician go out after hours to confirm this.     Fireplace inspection and cleaning

    The technician was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job. We have just moved into this house and I was afraid to use the fireplace, you could not see thru the glass and it looked burned. He inspected everything and advised why it was so dirty. He cleaned everything up and looks like new.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Fireplace maintenance

    I have had this yearly maintenance from Summers and Smith since 2013, the year of the horrendous ice storm. I am always more than pleased with their professionalism, their knowledge, willingness to answer questions an help. Their work is impeccable. I highly. recommend this company.
