    Patio Door and 3 Bedroom windows

    Having used Renewal by Anderson previously and having such a positive experience I recently had them install a new patio door and 3 new windows. The communication with RbA was clear and they responded to all my questions and concerns promptly and pleasantly. The consultants and Technician were friendly and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised when the product and installation happened earlier than anticipated too! Vlad and Mike who installed the door and windows were efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. We were unable to remove venetian blinds or put them back up and we asked them to wear masks. The accommodated us and we appreciated the extra effort. I am now waiting for my entry door courtesy of RbA! Will keep using these folks and highly recommend them.

    Love our new windows!

    We love our new windows, the house we bought had old, sad single pane windows. Renewal By Andersen were excellent to deal with from start to finish. At install Vlad and Mike were awesome. They were polite, friendly, hard working they took great care with both the install and the clean up of the work areas. Would recommend them to everyone!

    Quote for replacement of windows

    Although we had to change our minds with regards to the windows, we highly recommend Colin as our Design Consultant. He was understanding and fully understood our needs.. He was able to make a lot of recommendations that we would not have thought of. Colin was very professional, polite and put us at ease from the moment he entered our home. He answered our emails quickly and solved a couple of our worries. Thank you,and we will definitely contact you when we decide to go ahead with any changes. C&E MacDonald

    Exterior slider doors with side lites

    Installation of our slider doors with side lites are well worth. It completely opened our dining area and increased the amount of lighting into our home. The installers, Vlad and Mike, did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the result.

    Window service in Delta

    Our service team - Corey and Jesse were great! They came in and replacement our window quick. They were very professional. My husband and I forgot they were event there.

    Project

    Have wanted new. Windows for a long while . An agent ca.e to our door and explained about their products and I agreed to an estimate. I was very impressed and have ordered new windows!

    Window replacement

    Vitaly and team were awesome. Job was done in four days pre-measure and installation ran extremely smooth. Communication was thorough definitely a job well done would recommend anyone looking to have their windows replaced in the near future.

    changing 40 year old windows

    Due to leaky old windows, we called them to set up an appointment about replacing some of them. Well, were we ever pleased how this Company operates. We called in the evening to leave a message and within the hour, they called us back and set up an appointment the next day. A gentleman by the name of Dustin came over and his professional manner, friendliness and attention to detail cant be beat. It was most pleasant. Dustin mentioned someone would be coming out here to measure the windows and, the very next morning, Rob, their Installation Manager and his boss, who was visiting here from the mainland, came as well. Again, so nice. Whoever does the hiring of their staff keep it up you are winners. So if you are reading this review from Nanaimo, B.C. call them up if you are replacing windows or call for new build windows, you cant go wrong. They are awesome to work with and work all over the Island.
