For the past year or so, Ive been hedging on replacing my Sliding Patio Door. The cost would not be what I usually would spend on a door AND, I didnt know anyone with Anderson Doors whom I could liaison with for reference. So, after having three in nouse interviews with 3 different Reps all working for RBA , I finally got convinced with their Presentation and decided to let them do the Installation. On the Months and days leading up to the Actual Door Installation, I received up to the minute account of where my Door was and expected day of arrival here in Canada from the US of A. All went exceptionally well. On the day of the actual installation, the two Installers arrived precisely on time, introduced themselves , and began to install Drop Cloths on our brand new carpet. I said to myself this is cool man before they began setting up their tools prior to removing the door. They told me when I asked a question ,that they did not speak much English however, that was not a Liability as these two guys worked with true grit, determination and real professionalism. No coffe breaks, no lunch breaks and indeed no smoke breaks. About a couple of times or so, Staff would phone me to find out how are things going. A couple of hours later Rob their Supervisor showed up on the job and added to the Professionalism. It has been years since Ive guys working together like this. At the end of the day the job was well done, I-was exceptionally pleased to have witnessed such a display of Teamwork with the Office Staff interacting with the guys in the Field. and Customer too. Job site all cleaned up, we all shook hands with a big thank you. Office Staff phoned on a couple of occasions to receive confirmation that we were very happy with our Purchase of a Patio Door by RBA.Answer from pro:

We needed to replace our windows. We got a few quotes that was all about the size of the windows and the cost. We found the flyer in our mailbox for renewal by Andersen, scanned the QR code and got a callback next day. Jamie came in and educated us. We decided paying extra for quality, efficiency, durability and a 20 year warranty is exactly what we need.Answer from pro:

Jesse came to our home in Port Coquitlam to help us reinstall our screen doors. He reinstalled them, adjusted them and lubricated them so now they move like they are brand new. He also gave me some pointers on accessing windows for cleaning. The after sale service from Renewal by Andersen is first class.Answer from pro:

Best customer service we have ever received. From the first contact with Cody, he was awesome, explained things and even went the extra mile. Reggie our Project co-ordinator was in-touch frequently to follow up and the install Team headed by Mike were professional, kind and highly qualified to do a seamless install. I was absolutely impressed with the quality of windows that I purchased. It was noticeable right away in the heat reduction in the summer and my heating bill going down in one of our coldest winters. The staff from our sales person Steve, our installers(sorry forgot their names), project manager Tamara, customer care Ariel and the fabulous touch/finish crew Corey & Jesse were second to none.
