Very happy with our new windows and the fact that even after a year you guys stayed in contact and dealt with our warranty issues.Coree and Jessie were excellent tradesmen and did a first class job replacing the two faulty units.They both get top marks for quality work ,attention to detail and being all around good guys.Thankyou to all the people we dealt with ,we have no problem with recommending Anderson Windows in the future.

I would like to give a solid 4.5 star rating for the 3 people who helped me the most during this reno, Reggie, Justin & Jesse. They were conscientious, courteous, approachable and very willing to do whatever they could to make this experience a satisfied one. Unfortunately I had a leakage problem during a wind and rain storm which left watermarks on the ceiling below the doors. In the 10 yeqrs we have lived here and after many powerwashings of this area we had never had an issue with water leaking until the doors were installed. Another team was sent out to deal with this in a timely manner. The crew was here until 6 pm when it was quite dark. The manager at the site was Cameron who took videos on his Ipad during the removal & reinserting the doors. I heard him seeral times tell the guys that if it got too dark they should stop the finishing work & return the next day. They did not and completed the job with head lights on their heads. I did not get a chance to see the finished project until the next day and I was most unhappy with the sloppy job. I called the Customer Service line that day and Santana was very understanding and helpful in arranging another appointment for someone to come and address the issues. Cameron did come back and confirmed that the work was not satisfactory and that it would be dealt with. He did at that time indicate that he would get back to me regarding the ceiling issue after he spoke to his team. It has been several weeks now and I have not heard from him. I do appreciate that the Holidays did take up some of this time. Jesse came a few days later and did a wonderful job of correcting many of the gross errors that had been done. He went above and beyond his job description and made sure that I was completely happy with the end results. He did mention to me when I asked him if it was possible that any of the drainage hole along the track had been caulked over during install and he confirmed that there was at least 1 that had been blocked. In general I am quite pleased with the actual doors. they did what they were promoted as doing such as keeping the room cooler in summer and they look lovely. I am very disappointed in the work the that the instal team did and that puts a sour note on my experience. Again, I give credit to Justin, Jesse & Reggie and would certainly tell anyone that they are there for the customer and very willing to do whatever it takes to have the customer happy. I would give the instal team a failing grade for this project.

We needed to replace two priority windows that were leaking. As the house faces at the front it receives the brunt of weather. The windows paint and other exposed structures need more attention over the course of time. We had ordered windows from other areas of the house before and decided after seeing Andersen's commercials on Global Tv that we would give them a call. The consulting designer came in and listened to our needs. From there made a proposal and outlined the process to follow. He was up front professional other than feeling a subtle pressure to make a decision that day we accepted his proposal after examining his sample products. We also were interested in the business terms and offerings and following some careful thought we felt this was the right fit for the right situation with the right product and the right company. A few days later Dustin the installation manager arrived to verify and take measurements and to confirm an installation date. He too was professional informative and confirmed our needs. While the installation will not happen until April we are satisfied over all of our decision to have chosen this company for our service/ window replacement project. Its not cheap nor were we looking necessarily as price only as the major factor. Other elements were taken into account including business terms quality of product and installation timing. We look forward to our window installation completion and will complete another review once the overall process is completed.

We had three old windows replaced. One involved taking out glass blocks in an on suite. This was done without damaging anything plus it was on the second floor. Mike & Alex were amazing. Cleaned up everything after & explained everything about the windows. Great job you two.

Could not have asked for more from Dustin and his team. Everyone who we dealt with for the installation of our front patio door were extremely professional, customer focused and prompt in responding to all our enquiries. My family and I will not hesitate to do business with this company again in the future because they make you feel like a valued customer right from the get go.

We just had our large front window replaced and my parents bedroom window, we have already noticed a huge difference with the noise from outside, has cut down way more. The temperature has even been reduced on hotter days. Thanks so much for your help Nick, he was very professional and helpful with getting measurments. Cody thank you for all of you help with a timeline for when to expect the windows. Also huge thank you to Ariel for keeping us updated every month or so letting us know its still getting manufactured etc. Massive thank you to Fredrico Sr. and his team for treating our home like your own, they were very quick in instilation and made sure to clean up after they were done, couldnt even tell they were here. Highly recommend Renewal by anderson team they are the best of the best, and trustworthy. We even got our windows done sooner then expected! thanks guys!

We recently had (14) windows replaced that are facing the water. The team did an excellent job, and any problems that occurred were fixed immediately without incident. Thanks Stephen for coming out late on a Friday before the long weekend to touch up the final install. Reggie and Ariel are great to work with as well.

Mike was great being very careful with his measuring and explaining how the windows would be installed and the difference in the molding to expect.

My lovely team of Ivan and Ivan with the help of Dennis ,for the really big window, were the best crew! They were efficient, hard working, tidy, thorough, and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new windows and doors!! The whole process, starting with Rob, who sold me on their amazing product, to the lovely ladies on the phone, Ariel and Tamara, and Stephen ,who checked in with us during construction answering questions and offering insights, was seamless. I am totally delighted with my new modern look!!
