We were not happy with the initial installation on the front windows and the kitchen window. It required us paying another $1,000 in molding to be added to the cost to fix what was done.
After some communication glitches, we were able to have the work completed and it looks GREAT! Mike, one of their customer service reps followed up after the completed installation to discuss what had gone sideways and shared what steps RbA has taken to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again. I felt it was only fair to update my review of their service.
