Between the Design Consultant (Steve), customer service (Tamara and Katie) and especially our installers, Corey and Jesse, our overall experience was positive. There were some issues with the initial windows and installation however the company was quick to respond. We love our windows! It is a smart business move to have the Technical Manager (Dustin)visit our home to ensure the job was being done well. Our only criticism is the time it takes to receive the initial windows and a replacement for one large window that was compromised. We recognize that due to Covid the supply chain was slowed but we believe that for the replacement of the one failed window, the order should be expedited and not take another 6 months to arrive.

My wife and I are both happy with the windows that had been recently installed at our home in Pitt Meadows. From beginning to end, the team at Renewal by Andersen represents among the highest levels of customer service we have experienced. Thanks to Cody (sales design consultant) who helped and suggested the right windows in a particular setting. Darren (installation manager) who measured painstakingly the openings to its exact measurements and suggestions. Hats off to Vitaly, Dima and Marina who did an excellent job installing the windows. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process especially Ariel (care team) who was always there to answer questions we might have. Installation went smooth and straightforward. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen unreservedly.

Very efficient. All the people we dealt with were very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the process and pleased with the result. We love our new windows!

Cody the design consultant was excellent. He was knowledgeable and took his time. The actual displays and demos were excellent. What sold us on Renewal By Andersen was realizing home much heat will be kept out of the rooms thanks to the window design. It will be worth the investment. Darren and Rick came to measure the windows and were quick, efficient and answered the questions I had. A great experience so far and we can't wait to get our new windows.

The project of replacing our windows and patio doors has been a very pleasant adventure with the Andersen Team! Starting with Cody, the Design Consultant, who helped us make the best choices for our home, continued with Darren, the Installation Manager, who gave us the peace of mind that everything will turn out to be great, and culminating with the Instalation crew led by Kyrill, who executed everything to perfection! We are extremely happy with the quality of the product and the high-level of workmanship! Highly recommending Renewal by Andersen!

Ivan G. and helper where so great. my window are beautiful. they cleaned up after themselves , a first for me. And when my door is ready to be installed I would want ivan g back to do the job.

I have never written a review before and wish I could report that this company is fantastic. It is not. We had them back three times to correct various mistakes had to call various times before we could get the correct person and the customer service - really - is non existent. The product is good, the workmanship rushed and customer response poor. Once they made their sale, adios! We had to call to head office in the U.S. to try to get customer service. I was simply appalled - both my husband and I are independent business owners and could not believe the disorganization and lack of responsibility. Such a let down to a potentially exciting purchase.

While we are quite happy with the windows themselves, the workmanship was horrendous. We had 7 windows replaced, and the 2 guys were in such a rush to complete the job in one day, that we were left with gaping holes in the interior sills (where posts had to be removed), exterior caulking that was either gobbed on or had voids (never mind being an ugly shiny opaque against black windows), and at least 2 missing installation screws in every window. I even had another tradesperson feel the need to point out what a terrible job they did. We had to have them back 3 times over a month, just to repair the work and complete the job. It was an overall stressful experience and really took the excitement out of getting new windows.

When we decided to replace all the windows on the upper floor of our house we looked at all the options and spoke to several different window installers. We were interested in the alternative material Renewal By Andersen was marketing and booked a meeting with one of their sales reps. Roy came over and discussed various options and provided us with a thorough explanation of their windows and answered all our questions. Roy was involved from the start of the project to the end. Checking in with us during the measurement phase and install phase of the project. We were impressed with the professionalism of the whole installation crew. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job on time and cleaned up all the mess. They were also very attentive to any concerns we had during the installation and fixed any minor damage that was caused during the installation. Our project was completed last year and we waited to write a review to see how the windows faired through all the seasons. They have been great so far. No condensation or leakage issues through rain and snow. Overall it was a great job.

We had Renewal by Andersen replace 9 aluminum windows and 2 sliding patio doors. Our 38 year old home has cedar siding and is not your typical standard house. Dave came out and did a thought provoking presentation describing the benefits of their product and the necessity of having only approved and qualified installers working on our home. He described the different types of windows and we chose reverse cottage for 2 of them, awning for 2 of them, and double sash gliders for 5 of them. Four of our old aluminum windows only had 1 small pane of glass that slid open. The reverse cottage and awning windows will provide for twice the air flow from what we had. With the double sash glider windows, we will be able to open either or both the right and left panes of glass; allowing for greater flexibility of air flow. When the installation crew arrived, we were excited to see the finished product. Leonard, Joe, and Jason were the right guys to have on this particular job. Their combined level of knowledge on how to remove and install windows was most impressive. They came fully equipped with the proper tools (and know how to use them) as well as drop sheets, ladders, vacuum cleaner, etc. They were very aware that this can be a stressful couple of days for anxious homeowners. They were respectful of the cleanliness of our home and when the final vacuuming was done by Joe, all three burst into singing the Ghostbusters theme song. Their sense of humour and calm, easy going personalities certainly was beneficial when they discovered a large area of rot that prevented one of the windows being installed until roofing and structural repairs are completed. They were empathetic to our plight and most considerate of our stress. All the windows were cleaned, floors were vacuumed, and nails and screws were picked up by a handy magnetic rod on wheels. Ben was the project manager and met with us several times before, during and after installation, ensuring we were happy with the product and workmanship. Samir, general operations manager, met with us to assist in resolving the repairs that need to be completed before the final window can be installed. All the people we dealt with are courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and am very impressed that the service exhibited by Renewal by Andersen staff is above and beyond what I would have expected from a window company. From any company in fact, regardless of the industry. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen in to anyone looking to have their windows replaced. Rick and Sherry, Mission, BC
