I have been on a service plan for a few years (furnace, AC, fireplace and air exchanger) and am very satisfied with your services. Shannon’s work is always impeccable. He is professional and very thorough and efficient. He listens and then explains as required. Very clean and respectful of the environment. Also communications with the office staff are always pleasant. Thank you.

Technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout the visit. Matt ensured that the duct cleaning equipment did not damage the floors or furniture, and the cleaning process was thorough and straightforward. Once the duct cleaning was complete, Matt inspected and cleaned the furnace, and adjusted the furnace settings to ensure optimal operation. Throughout the visit, Matt was very personable and was happy to explain what he was doing and how he was testing and adjusting the furnace. Overall we were very happy with the work, and would recommend Anchor ClimateCare to others.

A thorough furnace maintainance was done by Matthew. He also explained how to start the humidifier for winter and turn it off for the summer months.

Annual Maintenance of furnaces, humidifiers, and air conditioners. On this recent visit, it was to service the furnaces (our house has two furnaces). The service technician, Shannon Froude, did his usual excellent work. He arrived on time, and did the work efficiently. On this visit, he had a trainee along (Miguel), and I could hear him patiently explaining all the various steps that needed to be done. Shannon also takes the time to explain to me what I need to understand about the proper operation of the furnaces. He is always a friendly, happy guy, and a pleasure to see each year (he has been servicing the furnaces at this house for more than 10 years). He is an excellent representative and ambassador for Anchor Climate Care.

Very professional work from a knowledgeable technician. The work was completed in a timely manner and the area was clean on departure.

Replaced thermostat, booked duct cleaning appointment, changed furnace air filter and set up for the winter season, cleaned and set humidifier for the winter season.

We had an issue with the A.C. not functioning acuatly. So Shannon was here promptly to verify it works properly. He is very professional. We always get Shannon for our service. I would recommend anchor climate care to anyone.
