Every year I get my furnace and A\C looked at to ensure they work as they should. I live in a 10 year old house. This company also did maintenance on my fireplace and did some repairs. I also used their services in my previous home.

On time, professional and efficient. No issues with the maintenance and the person was well equipped to handle any problems.

Both the technicians and office staff are unfailingly pleasant. They are extremely responsive when there is a problem. Work is done well and there has never been any need to clear up afterwards. A most professional and friendly organization.

The technicien, named Shannon, did a quick, efficient review and cleaning of my furnace. He even showed me the inside of the furnace and explained what a well functioning furnace looks likes and what a problem one looks like with pictures on his phone. As always, Anchor Climate Care techniciens, are courteous, polite and leave the location in a clean state, when finished. Shannon has a good sense of humour and makes the visit enjoyable.

Shannon (A17010001) came Oct 1st for my no heat call. He did an excellent job. Call was answered promptly.

Our old thermostat discontinued working at a time when the heat was unbearable. The service representative came to diagnose the problem to determine if it was the the thermostat or the older AC unit needing repair. He quickly and efficiently replaced the thermostat which seemed to resolve the issue. He performed examinations and tested both the furnace and the AC unit to ensure they were in working order. He offered tips and advice on how to increase the longevity or performance where applicable. The service was extremely efficient and professional. We would definitely choose to contact them in the future for our furnace/AC service needs.
