Annual furnace and hot water tank service was done today March 29th, 2018. It all started with a phone call reminder not once but twice by the very nice Anchor Climate care receptionist. An appointment was made the same week, at my convenience. Technician arrived in time had a clean pair of shoes in his bag, put tgem on and went to work. The technician Q.Lam checked the thermostat, the battery then went to work on the furnace. I was happy to see that he was fine and helpful in explaining his work and how he service and clean my Furnace. He also pointed out minor common issues a home owner can come across sometime and can be easily fixed by the owner. iHe mentioned that if these minor checks or quick fix don't solve the issues with the furnace then not hesitate to contact them for the technician. Once the furnace was done he did the same thing with the hot water tank. Overall the technician was very professional, helpful and took his time to make sure the service call was a good experience and also informative and most importantly done correctly. A check list was completed and emailed to me for my records. I am on a monthly service and maintenance plan which so far has worked well with these important appliances making sure they provide us what they are designed to do. I have not given them a 5 stars rating yet only because i like to wait and see if, after they left, the newly serviced furnace and hot water tank will continue to work properly.

The technician was courteous and tidy. The service work went smoothly and he offered great advice for keeping my furnace running smoothly for years to come. Couldn't ask for more.

Technician arrived on time. Asked if we had any issues with the furnace. Performed the work and fully explained the results. Left the work area clean. Fully satisfied with the visit.

Quang was efficient completely knowledgeable about what my furnace needed for repairs and unlike recent repairman he went over and above to make sure he put in the effort in making sure that my problem was resolved. He went out of his way to get parts and made sure to have them installed on the same day but was willing to provide electric heaters for my children if it wasn't feasible to have the work completed on the same day. I believe that Anchor Climate control will be here fixing our HVAC needs for a long time as long as they continue to staff professionally skilled employees such as Quang. Thanks again for your assistance in this matter as I appreciated your insight and ability to get things up and running quick and in a timely fashion.

Matt was our service technician and he was friendly and up front about his work in terms of what he was doing and the cost. The only charge was for a replacement filter as our service plan provides for a free inspection each year.

Service technician was very prompt. Asked if we had any issues that needed to be addressed. He then proceeded with the annual maintenance. He did not rush and did a thorough job.

Shannon was great. He kept me informed, very friendly and made sure that the job was done right. All the Anchor ClimateCare team is great to deal with, they're always ready and willing to help any time.

We have always had excellent service from Anchor Climate Care in Orleans, including one or two emergency calls. However, we are particularly pleased with today's service, where technician Joe Saad discovered a leak in the gas line to the hot water heater. Upon consultation with his office, he gave us the option of making repairs or replacing the whole tank. We opted for the replacement because the tank is quite old. We were very impressed with Mr. Saad's ability to discover this problem as well as his generally competent and pleasant demeanour.

Checked, cleaned furnace and HRV for maintenance. He was friendly and clean, went about his work quietly and efficiently.

The technician from Anchor Climate Care, I believe his name was Matt, did an excellent job. He found the problem , fixed the problem and took the time to perform some other tests to see if everything else within the furnace was working properly. The technician was very helpful in explaining a few things to me as the homeowner and I am very pleased with his service. He also arrived at the exact time he said he would. Given it was a weekend this is very impressive.
