    Furnace Replacement

    The estimator Dave was by far the most knowledgable and not pushy like the other companies we had out. The installers did a great job, showed true pride in their work.They explained every step and even cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend Furnace Family you will be impressed.

    Air conditioner

    Furnace Family is a great company to deal with. Buying an air conditioner kind of feels like buying a used car. Most companies insist on coming to your house to provide pricing information. This is where the high pressure sales pitch starts. Some companies are downright forceful. I DID NOT find Furnace Family to be this way. The sales pitch was more information session. No pressure. Salesman actually steered you toward a less expensive model with full explanation why. Installation was EXPERT. The install was completed above expectations and ABOVE INDUSTRY STANDARDS. Dareck and Richard were thorough, tidy, friendly and knowedgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Furnace Family for all your heating and cooling needs. I booked this company based on positive reviews and I am fully satisfied.

    Air conditioner install

    Furnace Family was amazing at the overall process was easy. Dave explained everything to us and more! We felt very comfortable with him as our estimator more so than other companies who are too aggressive. Tyler and his assistant can't remember his name ... clean professional and really left our house spotless. Tyler took extra effort to explain things. I would highly recommend! Thanks we are feeling much cooler now!!!!! :-)

    Furnace tune up

    Got spring maintenance on our furnace. Was easy to book online and the technician was great and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions. Planning a/c shortly.

    Furnace tune up

    The technician that came out was excellent. He explained everything he was doing with us step by step. We didn't feel rushed at all with his service and he took the time which made me feel that he truly cared and it wasn't just a "job" to get done and move on to the next one.

    Furnace Maintenance and trouble shoot

    Gerry was very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like we got great value for the service. Highly recommend the company.

    New Furnace

    Furnace Family gave accurate quote, no hidden fees or extra service costs. Furnace was delivered and installed on time. I appreciate their customer service and how professional they were. Would use them again happily.

    Furnace and Air conditioning, maintainance , repair and replacement

    Enjoyed previous dealings with this family that formerly owned the Furnace co. Late nite emergency calls. New installation, Furnace , Air conditioning and hot water tank . With maintenance available. Responsible and trust worthy.

    Furnace

    I love their service!! I called to inquire, they answer all my questions I ended up getting my furnace with them. Their prices are very good and their customers service is awesome, they treated me like family. Thank you guys I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

    New furnace and install

    Family furnace was absolutely a dream to work with. They had the best rates and such an awesome customer service. They answered all my questions and the install was prompt and on time. I will for sure be talking to them first when it's time to get ac done!
