Had Jeff out to fix my furnace late at night, no other company would even answer their phone. Got us up and running and was very informative. Great company thanks for the help will be calling for a new furnace in a few months.

We needed a new furnace because our 12 year old one had a cracked heat exchange. We shopped around for a few months getting several quotes from several different companies, it was summer anyway. The Furnace Family was the last company we talked to and I wish they were the first! They were not only friendly, professional and honest but they truly made us feel comfortable the entire time. When Dave came to give us a quote, he provided us with detailed information that other companies did not. He also listened to what we wanted and did not try to pressure us into buying something out of our price range. The install took less than 5 hours. And the great guys that came to do the install were more than professional and clean! They wasted no time getting the job done and done right. The inspector that came by after the install said they did a phenomenally clean job. Thank you Furnace Family for making this an easy, affordable and WARM experience for us. We'll be calling you next year for Air Conditioning!

Our furnace was not providing heat. I was very pleased with the service of Furnace Family right from the pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist to our service technician, Jeff, who fixed our problem quickly and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

I needed to replace two furnaces each twenty years old (one for the main floor upstairs and another downstairs for the basement), and a fifteen years old hot water tank. Space was extremely challenging since the furnace room was very tight. I have had many furnace companies that came up to give me an estimation to undertake this project. None of them came up with any viable solution to solve the space problem, with a reasonable price. While searching companies online, I saw the high customer satisfaction rating of Furnace Family and wanted to give them a try, and I gladly say, I was pleasantly surprised. And Dave Lambert from Furnace Family came and I told him my dilemma, after a quick look in the furnace room, he brilliantly problem I threw at him. He was simply a miracle worker. Not only he was professional, he is a man of his word. He did not try to over sell me anything I did not need like the other companies. Even when I try to overbuy, he will insist I do not need it. I ended up buying two top of the line Lennox SLP98 Variable capacity gas furnaces with Merv type healthy climate filter, explained to me what he would do. I was simply dumbfounded by the way he solved every possible a high efficiency (96%) vertex hot water tank, and I added Lennox Air Conditioner when I saw Dave’s knowledge and his honesty. Since I travel a lot, I had time constraint and again, Dave came up with a reasonable solution, and sent one of his best technician Brent. This guy is the best I have ever seen. It was an absolute pleasure having Brent do his duct work and everything associated with it. He is like a skilled surgeon performing his art seamlessly. He took a great pride in doing a good job and cleaning up after himself when he was done. The work exceeded my expectations on how neat and cleanly it was done. On top of the quality of work it was all the small things that made this a great experience. Extremely prompt with correspondence, which I really appreciated. I contacted Dave needing something, he welcomed me with open arm and he told me: ‘now you are part of our family, and we will take care of you if you need anything.’ It’s great to find a company that is prompt, professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Again Dave is extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to up-sell on unnecessary items. The office admin, I forgot her name, was also great, answering quickly, thoroughly and always following up. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Furnace Family. They even took care of all the paper works I ever needed with speed and pleasure. Every time I call they are always accessible, and very pleasant to talk to. I already got my rebates from Lennox Company. I would highly recommend Furnace Family to any of my friends and family. It is a five star Company.

Had furnace family install a new AC after ours quit working. Great price and really nice guys doing the work. Clean neat job, took pride in their work.

Just recently had my furnace and air conditioner system installed by Furnace Family. Thank you for providing honest pricing and Dave really explained everything. Guiding us through all options. He wasn't just here for the sale, he really wanted us to be happy. We had a few other quotes but after being hounded by competitors who were just price slashing to get a sale we felt very uneasy and found it so unprofessional, another reason we felt better with going with Furnace Family. On install day the crew came on time as promised and left our house spotless just like it was when they came. They put down floor protectors and treated our house like their own. Very friendly and made sure to run myself and my wife through the system before they left. I have been very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish and thank you for the follow up call, that was really the cherry on top of the cake.

Had Dave out to give us a price he noticed many things other pushy sales guys missed. I was promised a great job and boy did they deliver, even stayed late to explain the new furnace. This is great old school service.. Bravo !! Highly recommend this company!!

I called The Furnace Family today and was qreeted with a very pleasant and informative recetionist. My A/C quit running and with the long weekend approaching I was concerned that I may have to be buying a new one. Taryn arranged to have a service tech sent out asap. Richard came to our home and quickly diagnosed our problem . He was a very knowledgeable and friendly young man and had our unit rurunning in no time. The service call with parts was half of what I was expecting on a Friday nite. Thanks to Richard our long weekend was saved and we are very happy customers and would strongly refer this company to all our friends and will definitely be using The Furnace Family in the future.

Called Furnace Family for a A/C installation. From the estimate to the install they were amazing, the attention to incredible and the price was competitive. I would recommend them to a friend or coworker!!
