    Installation of new furnace

    I called Furnace Family for a quotation on a new furnace and was pleased when the owner, Dareck Makowski, came personally. Dareck was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. I found his quotation higher than I anticipated, so got a competitive quotation, which although lower, had not included several extra cost items. We will be definitely be selecting Furnace Family to supply and install our new furnace!

    Hot water tank repair

    We had problems with our hot water tank and furnace family was super quick to come out and fix it. We are really thrilled in fact so thrilled we have scheduled for Air Conditioning for the summer!

    Saved us from the cold!

    When our furnace broke down and left us in the cold, Jerry came out and did a quick replacement, including a tune-up that has the heating in our house better than it has in the 7 years we've lived here! Quick service, good price, excellent work, and kind, personable staff.

    New Furnace Install, Emergency no heat

    My furnace stopped working in January. I called the Furnace Family on a Saturday . A technician came to look at my Furnace within the hour. He diagnosed the problem as the main circuit board which needed replacement a very expensive part. Since the Furnace was 18 years old, we decided to replace it. The Furnace Family provided recommendation and cost effective options. Furnace was installed promptly. Happy with the professional service.
