    Clogged kitchen sink

    Very proffesional team. I had very bad clogging deep in the drain and Sewer Squad managed to fix that for me. The appointment was easy to make. Thank you again.

    Emergency kitchen pipe repair

    We called for an emergency repair. The booking and correspondence was excellent. I received a text and email of a picture, name/bio of the plumber three hour window of when Stephen would arrive. Social distancing, masking, polite an professional. The job was arranged (fit in) for two days later. The work was well thought out and no leaks - horray! Recommendations for future work were advised so we can plan for it financially. All in all a great experience.

    Clogged Kitchen Drain

    Called Sewer Squad Plumbing after finding them on line when my kitchen sink backed up, and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Received a text message with the picture of our technician - Josh Lazar, the morning of confirming that Josh was on his way, and that he would arrive at 8:15. Josh reviewed the problem and then presented 3 solutions - good, better, best and explained each thoroughly. In the the end Josh finished the job and was out by 9:45. The sink drains perfectly now. Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly. He protected the area that he was working around, and wore paper booties over his shoes and a mask at all times. I would recommend Josh and Sewer Squad Plumbing to others.

    Reline Sewer Line

    Sewer Squad inspected my sewer pipe and found some roots penetrating it and other concerns. They were able to reline my sewer line without the hassle and expense of digging up my yard. I now no longer need to worry about roots or my old clay pipes collapsing, causing a sewage backup in my home. The workers were very courteous and professional and completed the job in one day, leaving the area clean. I would not hesitate using this company again.

    Plumbing repairs, main in-house valve, kitchen faucets, garage faucet and laundry tub faucets.

    I was very pleased with the customer service, I was kept in the loop at all times which was helpful as the work was done in a rental unit I own, and my tenant appreciate the calm manner that the Sewer Squad representative had as we ran into a few external problems and delays with Condominium procedures and city works who had to shut off the water at street level. As I was not able to physically be there Sewer Squad took care of all the repairs and replacements that needed to be done on my behalf. I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs.

    Installation of pressure reducing value

    Stephen helped us today with an installation of a pressure reducing value and expansion tank to reduce our water pressure. He managed to install everything, despite having to work in a tight space. This is the second job Stephen has done in our home and we're happy with the quality of the work, his professionalism and the service. Highly recommend Sewer Squad and Stephen if you have a need for plumbing work around the house.

    Re-install kitchen sink drain and humidifier water shut-off

    The plumber arrived very quickly and the work was done to a very good standard. We are happy with the work itself. When we needed another plumbing job to be done we felt that Sewer Squad had been too expensive, so we found another company. Two people (one highly experienced plumber and one highly experienced handyman) agreed that the work was good but were shocked to hear what we paid and both called it "gouging". The plumber told me the work in question should have cost no more than $500.00.

    Bathroom shower handle broke off inside

    after shower - while turning off the tap, the metal inside the handle broke.. water was still running and I was unable to shut it off at the shower. had to turn main water off to the entire house. called the sewer squad, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful, she arranged for dispatch of Mike, I was sent Mike's picture and time he would arrive.. and the came within 1.5 hours of my call. Very fast, great service, Mike was very helpful at explaining options and trying to complete the repair at the best price.

    Amazing service

    Kitchen sink completely stopped draining. Sewer squad came the next day and now the sink drains perfectly. They follow up with emails, texts and calls and our technician Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the service and results.

    Professional, reliable, responsive quality service

    Had a great experience with Sewer Squad on repiping a kitchen sink + a backed-up bathroom line. Responsive communication all the way through -- inquired on a Friday and were booked in by Monday morning. Josh our technician, was excellent in taking the time to assess the issue, answering questions and walking through solutions + cost options. Very pleased with the entire process and to have had the job complete in one day. Will definitely recommend and use them again.
