    Amazing website design, quality and service!

    I love my new windows! The BEST company I have ever dealt with. From the insane design features on their website, to the amazing customer service, the quality of the products, to install, everything is flawless. Dima and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, not one question unanswered, and I had lots! Thank you!

    Great Windows and Service

    We have ordered from Panes Windows for many projects as they have incredible turn around times and super helpful staff. The windows are great quality and they have so many options. The website is super user friendly. The guys help load windows very carefully and overall we have been extremely satisfied with Panes Windows!

    Black framed windows

    Used these on a reno project. Look great (see picture below). Came pretty quick too.

    Great service and product

    Great customer service, the order gets updated frequently showing the steps of production of the windows. If you're building a new home choose brickmould option, otherwise you'll get window inserts making the installation a bit harder, however that was my mistake. Great company to deal with, estimated time on production given was greater than the actual time it took, which is great, I really appreciate that my windows were delivered before the estimated date when I purchased, it is really annoying to be dealing with companies that don't deliver on time. Definitely recommend this guys!

    Glass Panel Replacement

    Ordered a glass panel to switch out for one of my casement windows. The ordering process was fast and easy. They made my glass panel ahead of schedule and the pick-up option was very convenient! I just ordered two more glass panels from them!

    fast production. Great experience

    Needed a very specific window as soon as possible. Panes Window was the only company on the market able to produce and send me the window in the timing requested. The website is very well done with a lot of options and you can get someone to help if you need. You can pay an extra fee and get your windows produced faster if you are in a rush. Definitely recommend this company. Great experience.

    Windows

    I originally wanted custom windows but it was going to be a very long wait for those over Xmas so I was able to find some in the stock order that I settled with. They are nice windows with good insulation. The large window came with some drill holes in it where a frame should be which is why I didn’t give this company 5 stars. Also got a side window which is not pictured.

    We apologize if somehow we were not clear about stock windows. These range from chosen stock sizes, abandoned, incorrect and mis-measured orders, the latter often have accessories removed leaving scars which are generally covered when installing them. It's understandable how this can be a shock to find But rest assured we would not release products with efficiency or functionality compromised. Thank you for the honest review.

    Created a happy customer in the end

    Update! David, the owner, reached out to me and rectified this situation fully. He was unaware of the customer experience I had and was willing to do what needed to be done to create a happy customer in the end. If anyone has an issue with Panes Window Manufacturing, contact David directly, and he will solve any issue. I can understand the difficulty of running a business and not always being privy to the details of every order. Especially the small ones. He assured me that he would deal directly with the customer service rep I had a bad experience with. I went to pick up the new glass, and it was sitting at the back door waiting for me to pick up. The employee at the door quickly confirmed this was my order and helped me load into the truck After this great experience with David, I feel confident in ordering and recommending Panes Window Manufacturing to others

    Hi Christopher, We are a vinyl window manufacturer, and we do indeed manufacture our windows in our plant located in Mississauga and never outsource our window production elsewhere. You ordered sealed glass units, not windows. We outsource our glass production for smaller glass-only orders to help keep our costs low for you, although we also have a glass line to cut our glass. You ordered glass units that were the wrong size; once the glass gets sealed, it can no longer be re-cut and has to be made from scratch. The glass did not fit in your window because you ordered a glass unit too big for the window opening. We attempted to resolve the issue by offering a substantial discount if you wanted to re-order the correct size, but instead, you decided to come to Homestars and spread a wholly fabricated story to try to discredit our company. Our offer still stands if you want it, as our number one priority is for you to be happy.

    Online order of single pane

    It was an easy ordering process. I was updated at each step of manufacture via email. My panes was shipped in a very sturdy box. Very happy. Will use them again.

    Windows

    Bought several glasses panes to replace the glasses panes in old windows. They are very good. You can tell the big difference now in the winter. The window in the picture is the example. The left side is old glass pane, the right side is the new glass pane from Panes Windows. There's 7.2 degrees temperature difference between the old and new glass panes in the same window. Their glass panes are good and at reasonable prices. Xu
