    Window order

    We ordered window for the bathroom. We are very satisfied with service. Everything happened as it was promised. Quality of the window is as expected. Definitely will come back. Thank you.

    Replacement Glass

    I needed two large panes of glass (72x54") to be replaced. Daryl provided professional service from quote to obtaining a contractor for installation. He also provided up to date communication on order status. Thanks

    Frosted Windows

    Ordered windows through panes for clients and I was extremely impressed with the options for customization with competitive pricing and reasonable processing times with multiple options for "rush production packages". Customer service is also helpful.

    Price, Service, Quality - AMAZING

    Panes is the best window company I have dealt with, by far. Clear pricing, and timelines, no nonsense process. They actually finished my job BELOW BUDGET and AHEAD of SCHEDULE! Would definitely use them again.

    Living room rescue

    Our home is 100+ years old and had all the windows replaced besides the living room window. We shopped around for quotes from over half a dozen window manufacturers and decided on panes. We recieved quick service, great advice and the installer was professional and quick to finish the job(on the coldest day of 2022). Could not recommend this company any more. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

    Happy Customer

    Ordered 3 casement windows. Follow up was quick and the phone always answered almost immediately. It took 4 months from order to install but its understandable for the current situation we are all in. The installation was done by a pleasant person who took his time to do a neat job. Windows look great just as we had ordered. I will use them in the future for my basement windows that need replacing.

    Window Glass Replacement

    Great experience with this company. Ordering online was easy and the final product is exactly what I'm looking for. No more serious condensation on the windows even when it's minus 20 outside. Great job. Will order again in the future.

    Window for whole house

    The whole contract went smoothly with very professional way. They were always reachable and will address the concern if you have any. I changed the window of whole house and it looked beautiful and energy saving.

    Porch window

    I purchased 1 window to see if this window was the quality that I wanted for my home and panes didn’t disappoint…although I had a problem with the shipping …panes took care of it and I will be ordering the rest of my windows in the spring/summer
