My boiler needed to be replaced in October 2020-I was recommended City Home Comfort and they were prompt to install. In February the brand new boiler stopped working. When I called their service and spoke to dispatch I was not called back to send someone out. They left me hanging with no heat. I called multiple times again and no one answered the phone. A day later someone finally someone came out. But then the boiler went down again. Again, I have no heat in Febraurt and got no service call back. The boiler went down in Decemeber again and I was able to turn back on. Today I woke up to a cold house. I called dispatch and again they are not calling me back. I called back multiple times and get voice mail. In desperation I called sales to get through to someone. I was told the boiler is now a year old and out of warranty so I would have to pay service. This boiler never worked properly and now it is out of warranty. All I can say is horrible experience. Horrible service. Terrible attitude once they had my money for the boiler. DO NOT use this company.

Quality service. I had them remove a tankless water heater (rental from a well known “reliable company”) because the pressure was too low. I initially talked to Shawn, and he advised me very professionally. City Home Comfort installed a John Wood 60 gallons Tank. 100% satisfied. (NB: the power vent is not really “ultra-quiet” but quiet enough). Overall, I would recommend to all my friends and family!

Shawn was helpful, punctual, and very professional. He didn't leave until he managed to find a solution for our thermostat issue. He even ended up ordering a replacement unit and made sure the order went through. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon. Very few companies will give you this type of service and dedication. I highly recommend his service and City Home comfort.

City Home Comfort did an honest professional job. Shawn provides excellent consultation on furnaces, on what options made sense for my house. The installation was prompt, professional and easy. Shawn is an industry expert too and provides good insights on new technologies and industry trends.

A hose that had been tightened during the annual service visit continued to leak. City Home Comfort returned and replaced it at no additional cost. (The Home Stars "Approximate Cost" box above shows $10 because it refuses to accept the actual cost of 0.)

After several companies quoting on the job I choose to go with city home comfort. They were very professional , couldn’t ask for a better install , very professional, cleaned up after themselves .

I spoke with Shaun over the phone and he answered every single one of our questions about buying a new hot water tank (we rented previously) and replacing our furnace! A few quick emails later (he was PROMPT) and we had a quote and a date set for my install! Everything was amazing! The technician that installed it was kind, super tidy and so polite!

The staff at chc was very professional from start to finish. Eveything was done as stated and in a timely manner. I was impressed with the installation process in both speed and quality. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would both recommend and use chc in the future.
