    Technicians arrived right on time

    Technicians arrived right on time and went to work on a complicated system. They were efficient, attentive and found and dealt with several issues that had been neglected for what seems like a long time by our previous HVAC servicing company. I am very impressed and happy I signed up for a full year of service.

    Furnace diagnosis and repair

    I hired this company in order to get my furnace fixed. There was an issue administratively with lines being crossed which delayed the technician coming. That being said, the owner(Christopher) called me to apologize for the delay and compensated me appropriately.

    Air Conditioner repair

    It was easy to book their services. Very professional- they provide a text and email reminding of the appt. They are very clear about pricing. The technician was clear, fast and left no mess. He came within the service window. He explained the situation and had a part in his truck that would fix it. He answered all the questions I had.

    Awesome service!

    Our air conditioner is on the roof of a 3 storey townhouse complex and we had numerous companies show up and refuse to climb up to assess why our AC wasn't working. Raz didn't even think twice about it. He made sure to safely climb up on our roof and fixed our AC on the hottest day of the summer. We are so grateful for his dedication to the work he does and helping people out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable AC servicing.

    Airconditioner replacement

    Very prompt service. Pleasant technicians. Called initially at 5pm on a Sunday, a technician had checked our unit and recommended a new unit by 8pm that evening (unit was more than 15 years old and looked it.). An estimate with specifications was emailed the next day and two days later the new unit was installed and running. No mess either in the house or outside. Extremely pleased with the service..

    Condo A/C repair

    Had a tech come out to fix my a/c, they diagnosed an issue with the actuator and that it needed to be replaced, the tech was able to do a temp fix, but advised he will have to locate a new actuator and return. Never heard from them for months, tried to restart the process, and communication was fairly spotty, they finally started communicating and they were trying to track down then parts and the pricing, then silence for many days. They were looking to replace the entire unit or a major part of it, it would have cost a lot of money, i got tired of waiting and hired another company and they showed up the same day with part in hand and fixed it in less than an hour, no major replacement, no major costs, all for under $200.

    new AC & Furnace

    i am so happy for the quick respond of sales rep Steve so i did not having a hard-time looking after my AC & furnace,fastest service installed by their qualified H-vac Tech Mr. Umar he did it very professionally and its my first time to hear about TRANE, its is highly recommended,thanks to all of you from bringing back again Winter in our home.     Central A/C maintenance and check up

    I posted on Homestars looking for a reputable company to come and have a look at our A/C since it would be the first time we'd use it. No more than 3 minutes after posting the ad, I received a call from Chris. he was friendly, and was able to schedule me in that same afternoon. The technician called me that afternoon to confirm our appointment, and he arrived right on time. The tech (Grazian - I'm sure my spelling is off) was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, what needed to be done, and the price. We agreed and he got to work, again giving me a kind of play by play on the work he was doing. He finished the job, and the A/C is up and running! I would highly recommend City Home Comfort any day of the week! Thanks for the help! James

    Heat pump maintenance

    I requested an appointment for maintenance on my heat pump since it hadn't been serviced in over 7 years. The technician was on time, professional and honest, answered my questions and provided me with recommendations to extend the life of my heat pump. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The staff answered all of my questions and sent me a copy of their standard maintenance checklist prior to booking.

    Great experience

    Steve was very helpful and patient in the process of agreeing the equipment, and I spoke with several possible vendors. The crew that installed was very courteous, clean and professional.
