    I'm glad I found Enerhome on Google!

    My Christmas 2019 experience with Enerhome was like a ....Christmas movie story. My 12 years old furnace broke down on Christmas Eve (I'm not kidding!). Probably Santa tried to slide down the chimney and damaged the furnace with his huge posterior. On Boxing Day I looked for a HVAC company on Google, read Google and Homestars reviews then obtain three quotes. The one offered by Tommy from Enerhome for a Carrier 59TP6 two stage variable furnace was very competitive so I accepted it in the morning of December 27. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same day at 1:30 PM, Amir and his assistant arrived to install the new machine. The weather was mild and it was not an emergency, but Enerhome reacted very fast anyway. Amir worked enthusiastically, helped by his quiet and sprite assistant. At the end, Amir showed me what I needed to know, including how to change the Generalaire humidifier filter which was in an awful shape. I believe that Enerhome's very high score on Homestars truly reflects the exceptional quality of the service this company provides. My sincere thanks to Enerhome, Tommy, Amir and his assistant.

    AC, Furnace and water heater supply and install

    3 pieces of equipment were installed, the crew provided all necessary instructions and solution to complete work. To eliminate a water pipe into a floor drain I received a complimentary small pump.

    Furnace and Hot water tank installation

    W really enjoyed the whole process right from the first visit to the installation. The job had several challenges, but Amir and Ali were able to overcome systematically to run the fresh air and the exhaust pipes. Their commitment was exceptional and rate them the best

    Furnace/Air Conditioner replacement

    The whole experience to replace my furnace and air conditioner using Enerhome was excellent. The salesperson was helpful in getting me the best equipment for my budget. He came to my house on a Saturday, saw we had a broken furnace and committed to getting it replaced asap. Monday morning the installation crew arrived at my home. They were knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They replaced both the furnace and air conditioner in an expedited fashion and everything worked perfectly. The administration staff registered my warranties on Tuesday, made my appointment for duct cleaning and were efficient and friendly in the process. Enerhome provided great and timely communication on all the services it provided from sales to installation to administration and follow up. Great experience all around!

    Furnace Replacement

    Our furnace stopped working and we received 4 quotes from companies to replace it. Enerhome was the most competitive and was in fact the company Carrier Canada referred us to when we contacted them. Danny from Enerhome called us and walked us through our options. He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We even added a humidifier to our order in addition to the furnace. Enerhome's installation team showed up a couple of days later and completed the installation during the time specified. The installers took the time to answer our questions. The furnace and humidifier have been working perfectly. We recommend using Enerhome for all your HVAC needs without hesitation. We will be lifelong customers of theirs.

    Installing a new furnace and AC

    Very good service.The Sale rep and the service tech are excellent.They explain very well about the furnace.The sale rep arranged an early installation for the furnace because I have no heat in my house.I am 100% satisfy with the company service

    HVAC - New AC, New Furnace, New Hotwater Tank

    EnerHome is the best service provider out there...they truly care about client satisfaction and providing a great service...they were on time, on budget and great quality product and installation as promised. They go above and beyond to ensure client is happy...I do highly recommend them to anyone who plans to use them...I am in real estate business and I have used them many times and have referred them to many of my clients and it was always worked well to build happier clients.

    New 5 ton AC unit

    We install new Amana 5 ton AC Unit replacing 14 yo Amana 5 ton AC unit. Ray technician is very knowledgeable and installation team did very good job including foundation for new 5 ton AC unit. Andrew (advisor) and Danny (customer service) are always available to take care and answer all questions we had.

    HVAC Replacement

    Tommy and Maria are very responsive, they are always available to address concerns. I have a townhouse with a finished basement which makes it difficult to install a tankless water heater. However, the technicians of Enerhome found a way to do it without needing to make a lot of openings/holes in the basement.

    furnace

    i did not really get involved with the two workers but when i asked some questions they where really helpful and polite in answering them, they where fast and quite on performing the work. they even did a slight adjustment on my air conditioner, which was put up wrong by the previous installers. thank you so much job well done. and more
