Foad came to inspect my broken dishwasher, Found the problem, ordered the part needed to be changed, and Fixed the machine with replacing the broken part. he is on the time frame that he promised and did his job very efficiently and professionally. price very reasonable. will use his service in the future.

We had Faud from Appliance Aid come and repair our Washer. Faud was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and caring of our situation. Fuad took great care of our stacked top-loading Whirlpool brand washer/dryer. He delivered exactly as expected and his repair has lasted. His price was reasonable and we'd definitely call him again.

Fuad responded within 15 minutes after I left a message. Understood exactly what the problem was [over the phone] and came that day with the necessary parts. Had a water problem the nextday;he diagnosed problem over the phone;was busy but interrupted his busy schedule to come over and turn off water and was back with the parts and a speedy solution. First class service from a first class professional. Best service I have ever had for repairs in my house in 36 years. Absolutely amazing. And Fuad is a first class gentleman.

I used appliance aid for a dishwasher repair and received excellent service. I called and They came to my home the very next day. The dishwasher was repaired in half and hour; absolutely no mess and was told exactly what was wrong. The cost was beyond reasonable and the service was very top notch. I would highly recommend appliance aid.

Had an issue with my stove. Got help over phone/text messages (over the weekend too) that was informative and quick. Allowed me to take care of the issue myself without a need for a visit. Very grateful for the assistance.

Fuad did a great job with the diagnosis, ordering of replacement part and immediately fixed our washer as soon as he received the part from his supplier. Highly recommended and would definitely work with Fuad for any future appliance issues.

Fuad was able to come the same day I made the service call, quickly identified the problem with the dishwasher and provided options. We decided to buy new dishwasher instead of fixing the old. He came back, removed the old one and installed the new. He made some recommendations on how to prolong its life, was very quick, polite and followed up later to make sure that everything was working fine. Overall, very happy with the service!
