WASHER REPAIR Faud responded quickly. Set-up the appointment for the next day and arrived as promised. Repair was executed efficiently and thoughtfully. He left me with good advice and a good feeling Would happily and confidently recommend this company.

Excellent experience. Fuad arrived on time, helped me take out of the house the old dishwasher, explained me every step of the installation process and why some water pipes needed to be replaced, and installed a missing dishwasher electrical outlet. Very satisfied customer.

Our LG washing machine was leaking. I called Fuad in the late morning. He came right over a couple of hours later. He was courteous and professional and immediately fixed the problem.

I have no words to say how great Fuad is; treats me like he would a family member. Our Frigidaire oven, no longer under warranty since Sears went bust, would intermittently NOT heat up to the required temp. It would work one time, and then not work the next 3 times. So frustrating. We would set the oven to delay heat of 450 and it would stop at 271 or maybe 315 ... whatever it wanted. And it would take super long to get to the temperature when it was acting up. After going on line and replacing the temp probe (Fuad said it wasn't the problem but Google says it was..., Google was wrong), and that not working, I called Fuad back and he did a MacGiver /techy switch of my electronic control panel with one he had ... and voila, working! What a relief. A brand new control panel is around $300 plus labour. Fuad is the best ... 5 STAR!!!

Fuad did a great job repairing our Jenn-Air double oven. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, everything was working like new when he left.

The technician showed up at the start of his projected timeframe, and immediately began trouble shooting with the information I gave him about my own trouble shooting. He explained what he was doing each step of the way so I understood his process. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The problem wound up being solved during his diagnostic. I will absolutely call again when I have a problem I can't fix. Edit: Had a leak in my fridge fixed by him as well a few days later. Quick and knowledgeable service.

Responded and repaired same day. Price for work as quoted, which I thought was fair and included the replaced part and labour. Polite, cleaned up after work. He is good!

Great work, very tidy and quick! Replaced the drain pump on my LG Washer. He had one in his vehicle. He texted me back immediately after my request last night and came first thing in the morning and the job was complete in an hour. Great guy and I will use him again!

Aid Appliance was very responsive. Fuad came the same day as our request was posted. He recognized immediately that our washer was on its way out and recommended we buy a new one . He explained clearly what was wrong and why it was not worth repairing. He was extremely helpful. We appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend Appliance Aid to others.
