These guys are experts in the appliance field. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, confirm with the site visit and get the job done quickly because they had the parts. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. Nobody wants their appliances breaking down but I am certainly glad that I have these guys in my contact list. Thanks again!

Our dryer was driving us crazy for the longest time. Appliance Aid to the rescue and it now finally works properly. Fuad was simply outstanding. He’s professional, courteous and is a highly skilled technician. From taking proper COVID precautions with a mask and booties to his outstanding professionalism, Fuad is a pleasure to deal with. He identified our dryer problems right away and fixed them to our complete satisfaction. Do not look any further for your appliance repair needs. Don’t hesitate to use Fuad and Appliance Aid. Fuad replied quickly, arrived on time, and assessed our problem in first visit. He also provided great guidance on whether the repair was worth it or not. Given our limitations, when we chose to move ahead with the repair, he laid out expectations clearly and was able to complete the work in the time he had estimated. My fridge's cooling compartment decided to stop working. I had a request posted here and AA replied in a very short of time. The job was done within the same day, which saved a lot of food :)

The technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, expertly replaced the necessary part, and cleared the accumulated frost.

Our fridge was leaking. Called Fuad at Appliance Aid and he saw us the same day. He came in with a mask, gloves and shoe slips (for COVID-19). Within 10 min, he diagnosed the problem and said we needed to replace a sensor and had to order the part. He came back by the next morning and was quick to do the repair. He left without getting paid and trusted us to pay him later that evening. He also mentioned he tries to help those in need during the COVID-19 crisis, asking us if we still had our jobs. Wow. We recommended him to our friend who also needed a repair without hesitation.

I had the dishwasher repaired by Fuad. I arranged for an appointment today and he arrived on time when he said he would. He was professional and assessed the problem right away. He was able to get the replacement part and repair the issue asap. I would highly recommend his service as he is reliable and efficient.

I noticed my fridge stopped cooling sometime on Wednesday evening. I threw everything in coolers and then called Foad after finding him on HomeStars and was amazed by the service. He was responsive, arrived when he said he would, gave me estimates when he could have the issue resolved including best and worst case scenarios. He exceeded expectations and deserves a 10 rating! What a great experience.
